kinda both but i feel "horny" is more overt and sinister sounding, more like i kinda understand the attraction toward him ppl wld report years ago, now, but solely in his barbie movie look and character (rotating in my mind part) (though kind of beyond that a little bc i also. enjoy his look in recent GQ pics... hello) (+ ok maybe it is horny if its toward the character specifically. i like him as ken...i dont often have fixations like this toward celebrities at all other than acknowledgement of attractiveness so this also feels like when your brain decides to crush on someone bc you're bored. which is alright bc its toward a celebrity/character at least LOL...

honestly while it is sort-of game canon? i think at this point it's just a weird in-between because the anime has it's fair share of exclusive characters and even if ash isn't there (again, For His Own Sake) i think team rocket could def have a presence in some way even if they probably wouldn't end up being Super tied into the plot. then again in pokeani the TRio do end up constantly involved in the most insane shit maybe they Could have a presence here who knows

in general honestly the concept of "here's your goon of the day" works a bit better in pokemon because you're already taking out grunt after grunt, and honestly pokemon games can be really good at making memorable npcs if Youngster Fucking Joey is anything to go by (also just singular lines can end up sticking around in your mind, i think about the macro cosmos "DO YOU HAVE LIFE INSURANCE" guy a lot) but even then you still don't really want anything to overstay it's welcome

i think tou should definitely give it a dhot! their main campaogn is dnd (riptide) but theyve done other systems (prime defenders is mutants and masterminds, blood in the bayou was call of cthulu, and theyre planning a vampire one thats recording soon ^_^). unfortunately riptide is the only one available for free and the rest are on their patreon (the first 5 pd eps are free though, along with the first bitb one). i havent had much experience w ttrpgs at all before this so i didnt have many preconceptions but i find riptide really fun! its not very dungeon-crawl (i think theyve only done like. 2? in the entire series so far, and one wasnt even combat) and the combats arent too drawn out and they get creative with it. im not sure what about dnd you dont like specifically so i cant like. call attention to what their take on it IS but. you should check it out at least ^_^
