Posle dužeg vremena prošetala sam sa njom Dunavskim parkom. Primetila sam pupoljke nekog čudnog cveta, fotografisala sam, povremeno spuštala pogled ka mobilnom. Gledam u mobilni jer večito nešto čekam. Čekam da se neko javi, čekam mejl, čekam bilo šta zanimljivo. Osećam dosadu kao svrab ispod kože, kao nešto što ne mogu dokučiti, i za šta su moji nokti suviše tupi. Zato nervozno vadim telefon iz džepa i vraćam ga unutra. Vadim i vraćam. A napolju sunce.

Ponekad pomislim: kako bi bilo lepo da sad imam gomilu para i da mogu da radim šta hoću.

Dok je nosim usnulu uz stepenice, nakon šetnje, ne mogu da se suzdržim da je ne ljubim. Dete je čitav jedan novi svet kojim toliko dobijaš, i toliko gubiš. Ti gubici bi trebalo da budu kao paučina u uglu sobe: praviš se da ne vidiš, kad ti baš jako bode oči, maneš rukom i skloniš. Ali uvek ostane nešto lepljivo na rukama što podseća da je nešto bilo tu. Da se gradila čitava mreža, čitava jedna druga priča, koja je dolaskom bebe samo prestala da postoji.

Volela bih da nekoga interesujem onoliko koliko on mene interesuje. Pomišljam, i setim se muža. Setim se drugarice kojoj ne moram da pišem prva. Nije mi dovoljno i neće ni biti dok samoj sebi ne budem prioritet. Ali onaj svrab se ponekada pretvori u bol, sa kojim ne želim da se suočim.

Vrativši se iz šetnje, uživam u tišini i blagoj svetlosti koja dopire kroz prozore. Svet je pun mogućnosti. Ja sam puna mogućnosti. Izoštri nokte i kopaj dok ne uništiš ono što boli.

GROMOVIMA JE PREKINUTO JEDNO LIJEPO OPĆE MJESTO

gromovima je noćas prekinuto jedno lijepo opće mjesto, rekao bi D.D. morala sam držati psa sklupčanog pod svojim krevetom on se bojao on je drhtao i cvilio a ja sam ga tješila: ma nije to ništa strašno, samo dolazi jesen sjeti se kako zna biti krasna (sjeti se vatrometa boja, često ga spominju učiteljice kad uče djecu kako opisivati svijet i prirodu) puna je plodova, topla, ljepljiva i slatka (obično se tu sugerira košarica) trčat ćemo ti i ja po lišću, već ga ima puno na zvijezdi, ali on cvili dalje i čini se da mi ne vjeruje pa dobro psu, sad reci: zašto si od svih živih duša u ovome stanu odabrao baš mene da te branim od gromova i tješim po pitanju jeseni?

kuća ne bi trebala biti viša od višnjina stabla tako da se svatko može popeti na svoj krov sam ili uz pomoć ciganske lojtre

pa malo prohodati po njemu sjediti, zapaliti si i gledati kako između neba i zemlje lete mladenke, buketi cijela svadba, trubači i basisti promatrati kako se bude raznosači pošte, mljekari i novinari

i biti na krovu u tom svečanom času najvećeg vatrometa jer Campi Flegrei pokazuje znakove buđenja kad će vatra paklenog grotla pohrliti nebu u ceremoniji katastrofe kad će zemljani prstenovi pucati od vrućine u zagrljaju stratosfere

a mjesec će se pijan ceriti neronskim smijehom i ko svjedok žalosnog sakramenta bacat će pepelne konfete po zemlji po selu po gradu

po meni i mojemu krovu negdje u Vitebsku mila Belaruša moja

OVO JE VRIJEME REDOMATA

Dan je bio lijep i pjesme tople. Po pročeljima živo su titrale sjene. Zgrade su još čvrste i dobro stoje, civilizacija se drži. Iz podruma tek lagano bazdi trulež. Treba još puno čekati do sloma. Koliko će trajati? Moglo bi se ubrzati. Zapaliti. Recimo, učiteljski dom i banka za početak. Danas su mi rekli: vi ste fizička osoba. Da, jesam, fizička sam. Gelirani nokti s dijamantnim kuglicama mnogo su govorili o službenici gospodnjoj. Slova su primala udarce povinutim rožnatim kažiprstom. Ljepilo drži dijamante. Veza svinute kandže i dijamanta nikad nije krhka. Druga službenica prišla mi je s leđa, platformama od skaja propadala je u dno. Tanka petica i velik tlak. Tumačile su mi da moram uzeti novi broj pa na kat.

Od broja dvadeset i jedan svinula sam brodić. Ostavila sam ga na gondoli ponuda da prošuplje i njega pa da potone.

NATAŠA HRUPEC (Koprivnica, 1969.) - Kroatistiku i južnoslavenske filologije završila sam na Filozofskom fakultetu u Zagrebu. Radim u Koprivnici u srednjoj školi, a živim u Zagrebu. Ili još točnije, živim onda kad pišem. Izdala sam zbirku kratkih priča „Baršunasta truba” i zbirku pjesama u prozi „Sve je rečeno”.

Pedikir u tretmanu podrazumeva toplu kupku sa solima za omekšavanje stopala, sređivanje kalusa, skraćivanje noktiju i sređivanje zanoktica. Na kraju se umasira losion za stopala koji hrani i hidrira kožu. Pri sređivanju kalusa koristite samo kamen i turpije za pete. Pri skidanju zadebljane kože, turpija treba da pravi duge poteze. Bolji rezultat se postiže sporijim radom turpije, nego agresivno turpijanje brzim i kratkim potezima. Metalni strugači i žileti su alat koji se koriste u medicinskom pedikiru, koji treba da sprovodi obučeno i iskusno lice. Preveliko ukljanjane kalusa žiletom ubrzaće njegovo ponovo stvaranje. Stopalima kao našim osloncima koji nas nose kroz život je potreban tanak sloj kalusa koji ih štiti od obuće,trenja i pritiska koji na njih vršimo svaki dan.

Sredjena stopala podrazumevaju i uredne nokte na nogama. Sređivanje zanoktica se može odraditi ručno ali i pomoću električne turpije. Aparatno sređivanje pruža mnogo precizniju uslugu. Kako bi bili sigurni da je vaš manikir čist i bezbedan, obratite pažnju na sledeće:

Bolne zanoktice – Crvenilo, otečena i bolna koža oko nokta je prvi indikator da nešto nije bilo uredu sa uslugom. Svakome može da se omakane povredjena zanoktica ponekad, ali ako majstor žuri da završi tretman, a da pritom ne obraća pažnju na to da povredjuje klijenta, definitivno nije bezbedan manikir.

Higijena u salonu – Tri stvari koje ukazuju na higijenu u salonu su pod, kupatilo i radna površina. Ukoliko se salon ne sredjuje posle svake usluge i ako se alat ne dezinfikuje, usluga će takođe biti aljkava.

Dezinfikovan alat – Zaprljani alat može prenositi bakterije i infekcije. Odredjene alatke poput turpija i bafer sundjera, na kojima se zadržavaju mrtve ćelije kože, treba redovno menjati kako bi se sprečile infekcije. Metalni alat, poput makazica i canglica, treba dezinfikovati nakon svake upotrebe. I na kraju dana sve sterilisati u aparatu koji ubija žive patogene. Pre početka usluge, klijent treba da očisti ruke sa dezinfekcionim sredstvom.

Proveren materijal – Materijal koji se koristi za izradu noktiju, treba da bude od proverenog proizvodjača, čiji hemijski sastav je bezbedan za ljudsko telo. Adekvatan materijal za nokte, neće oštetiti nokatnu ploču.

Razlika između slider nalepnica i ostalih vodenih nalepnica na tržištu je upravo u foliji na kojoj leži štampa.  Slider folija je tanka i elastična, pa se lakše i lepše postavlja na nokat. Zbog svojih karakteristika, slider omogućuje preciznu postavku nalepnice na ceo nokat. Između folije i papira nalazi se tanak sloj dekstroze koja potpomaže lako razdvajanje. Dekstroza je ustvari to što omogućuje da folija sklizne sa papira, karakteristika po kojoj su nalepnice i dobile ime Slider Design.

Tanka folija slider nalepnice se razlaže sa beskiselinskim prajmerom, što omogućava lako uklanjanje nalepnice u odnosu na nokatnu ploču. Nakon postavke nalepnice, dizajn se tanko namaže sa beskiselinskim prajmerom koji razloži foliju i na noktu ostaje samo štampa koju lako prekriva završni sjaj.

Pedicure shouldn’t be a rough and agressive filing of feet, but a treatment for callus softening not its entire removal.

Pedicure consists of a warm soak for callus softening, filing the excess rough skin, a manicure for the toes and a massage with a nourising lotion or balm. Feet should be trated only with foot files or pumice stone. Metal callus scrappers and padicure rayors should be left for a expirienced medical professional. Marble effect can be achived in multiple ways:

Water Marble – The oldest marble technique made with regular nail polish. Pigmented nail polish is droped into distilled water to create marble design.

Sharpie Marble – Using sharpies and rubbing alcohol, get a different type of marble effect.

Drop in drop Marble – Technique for gel polish. Putting drop in drop of different shades of gelpolish, and then spreding the super drop on to the nail with a flat brush.

For a more dynamical look, add a bit of glitter for that sparkle to catch the light.
