Woohoo, New Vollrath Sauté Pans! . . If you’ve followed me on insta you know how much I enjoy cooking, especially when on the road and using my outdoor galley setup. Cooking for camping. . I just got a couple new chef quality Vollrath sauté pans, one 8” and one 12”. The 10” in the middle I already had. These are kick-ass pans to use for all sorts of cooking and I’m psyched to add two more to my cooking kit. Also got lids for the 8 & 10 (been making do with an upside down cake pan) and a 13” splatter screen that can be used on all sizes. . If you’re into cooking, these pans are high quality, rugged, and, best of all, really inexpensive. Got mine at webstaurantstore.com (no affiliation). As example, their 8” #67108 is only $12.99, for s pan that will last generations. . Ever go to @carrabbas and sit at their cook bar, where you can watch the chefs cook? They make each meal in a Vollrath 10” (67110). That’s where I first saw these pans and first bought some, as I asked the manager what brand they were and he offered to get me a couple next time here ordered them. Been hooked on them ever since. Super easy to use, flared sides for flipping and sliding your food out, and super easy to care for. Vented handles stay cool, rivet construction lasts forever. Made for high volume commercial kitchens, perfect for home and camp use. .
