Vent post

I find it a lot of fun when people tell me to get out and do some exercise to help with my mental health like yeah sure that sounds great in theory, but i also have physical health issues. I would LOVE to go on a walk. unfortunately, most days i can't walk from one side of my house to the other. Taking a long hot shower sounds amazing! but some days I can barely stand, and heat makes it 10x worse. Not only do I have to convince myself to get out of bed, I have to wonder whether or not I can get out of bed without the head rushing, breathless, dizzy, disorienting, vision blackouts that haunt me.

#this turned out more venty than i wanted it to #vent post ig #mental health #physical health #they both suck #my body may or may not be slowly deteriorating and my doctors literally dont care #doctors suck #istg once i find out whats wrong with me i'm sueing the doctor whos been telling me i'm dehidrated since the 4th grade #im literally 14 lady #i shouldnt be worried about whether or not the doctors will find out whats wrong with me before my body gives up me #the extreame fautige #muscle weakness #constant pain #nonstop headaches #and everything else thats wrong with me #Aren't worring at all!!#thank you so much for telling me the exact same thing for the past 5 years of my life and doing absolutly nothing to help!!

trying to write, mom got mad I didn't stop all writing to go find some movie, started being super passive-aggressive and refused to even look at me, now is screaming at me and going on about how I'm so selfish and "nobody cares about me!" because of it
