Nashville shooter Audrey Hale was ‘heartbroken’ over death of friend she may have been ‘infatuated’ with Nashville school shooter #AudreyHale was “heartbroken” over the 2022 death of a girl she was “infatuated” with, who had played on the same basketball team in school. Samira Hardcastle told The Post “tomboyish” Hale had been deeply affected by the death of Sydney Sims, who was killed in a vehicle accident in August 2022, according to an obituary. Hardcastle, a classmate of both girls in middle and high school, said, “After Sydney’s tragic death, Audrey was really heartbroken over it … I just feel like she took it differently than some of us did. She was still posting about Sydney almost daily. “What I knew of her was more admiring [Sydney]. Maybe even infatuation. That’s specifically who she really, really looked up to.” Hale, who police said was transgender and had started to identify using he/him pronouns, posted a TikTok in February on a since-deleted account, “iam_aiden10,” dedicated to “Syd”. The clip showed a shadow of a person bouncing a basketball and the words: “For Syd. I look up the sky is bright. It’s a beautiful day. I wish you were here…” Hardcastle said she had last seen Audrey — who shot her way into her former elementary school on Monday and killed three nine-year-olds and three staff — a month ago when they had both attended a taping of their friend Avieranna Patton’s radio show. “I don’t think she was with anyone. She was just kind of by herself,” Hardcastle said, adding, “I don’t think that they were very close but I think Audrey looked up to [her] like she looked up to Sydney. But I don’t know that it was ever, like, a two-way thing.” Hardcastle said Hale was a “tomboy” back in school but did not appear to transition until adulthood. She also said she didn’t know of Hale to have had any romantic relationship with Sims. Maria Colomy, a former instructor at the Nossi College of Art & Design in Nashville, who taught Hale as an adult, said her transition began around the same time as she was grieving the loss of a romantic partner, the New York Times reported. https://www.instagram.com/p/CqZeZpqM_WN/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Answering Why: An Analysis of the March 27th, 2023 Nashville Shooting
I’ve been following talk around the Nashville shooting since the evening of March 27th. It seems that one of the biggest questions that has been left unanswered is why. The police have Hale’s Manifesto and Hale reportedly left clues in regards to the motivations behind the incident. However, detailed information in regards to the motivation has yet to been released to the public in a manner that I can read them.
Therefore, I have decided to put on my Detective cap on and have listed out minor details about the incident.
The shooter, 28-year-old Hale, left writings pertaining to the shooting and had scouted a second possible attack location in Nashville, “but because of a threat assessment by the suspect – there’s too much security – decided not to,” Drake said on Monday.
The investigation all found maps that suggested that Hale made plans to attack a local mall and family members. I’m unsure if the mall was the primary target or a tertiary target.
Hale was a former student at The Covenant School, the school that suffered the tragedy. While it would have been around 17 years since attendance, this gives Hale prior knowledge of the grounds.
Speaking to NBC News, Drake suggested that “resentment for having to go to that school” may have been a factor in the attack.
Hale has been identified as a high functioning autistic individual. (Hale also identifies as transgender; that has been circulated throughout the media.)
One source claimed that Hale came out to her parents as gay twenty years ago. Not sure if the timing is credible, however no counterclaims exist.
Hale, had legally bought seven firearms -- including an AR-15 and two others used in Monday's attack -- and hidden them at home, Metro Nashville Police Chief John Drake said Tuesday. The guns were purchased between October 2020 and June 2022, police spokesman Don Aaron said. Hale had been purchasing guns more than three years prior to the shooting.
In an Instagram message to Averianna Patton, a Nashville radio host, just before 10 a.m. Monday, the shooter said “I’m planning to die today” and that it would be on the news. “One day this will make more sense,” Hale wrote. “I’ve left more than enough evidence behind. But something bad is about to happen.”
Some reports note Hale going through the lost of a romantic partner. Hale wrote about missing the partner and posted photos of the two playing basketball together, said Maria Colomy, who taught Hale in 2017 at the Nossi College of Art & Design in Nashville. "She had been openly grieving about that on social media, and during the grieving is when she announced that she wanted to be addressed as a male," Colomy told the Times on Tuesday.
The guns were decorated with stickers, while one of the rifles had the word “hell” written on it. Image of a rifle revealed the name “Aiden”.
Her work that she submitted under AH Illustrations have been taken notice due to the event. Hale artwork covers a wide range where two extremes are represented: the disturbing and the childlike.
One artwork contained the phrase, “To be a kid, forever and ever.” Hale’s bio contained the phrase “on a mission to change the world.” Hale wrote that aside from art, video games movies and playing sports were additional hobbies. Hale also noted a love for animals, having two cats.
The Trans Resistance Network (TRN), a far-left transgender "collective," released an inflammatory statement on Monday in the wake of the Covenant School shooting by transgender woman Audrey Hale in Nashville that killed three 9-year-olds and three adults.
Possible theories:
Dr. Katherine Koonce held the highest position of the six victims. If Hale was taking a chess like mindset, Koonce could have been the main target. Koonce was involved with the school system since 2000. Koonce worked as the the academic dean at CPA before she left to lead Covenant School in 2016. If Hale had to attend that highschool, the two would have had the opportunity to associate during Hale’s highschool career. However, this is a whole lot of ifs.
The theory that I am most interested lies in the relationship between Hale and the romantic interest (who I believe was referred to as Syd cannot confirm at this time). However, if Hale chose to wipe his Facebook profile, then perhaps Syd doesn’t play as large a factor as Facebook would have guided leads to want-to-be-detectives.
Hale’s actions could be a response to the legislation of Tennessee that hinders trans rights. The state was reported to consider bathroom restrictions in 2016 and caught movement during the time that Hale began to stockpile weapons.
It would appear that a major goal was Hale’s own death. Hale seemed to believe that this event would lead to demise through the sent Instagram message.
More so, Hale seemed to want to send a message while departing the world. See, would Hale have simply committed suicide, Hale’s death would not be national news. Yet as an aspiring artist, Hale wanted the final hour to bare a message.
A fair amount of mass shooters could sum up as “hurt the world as much as possible before it destroys you rather than let the world slowly chip at you.” Based on Hale’s gender identity, family upbringing and societal environment, this could be part of the motive.
The death of a romantic interest might add upon the motive: ‘Why continue to live in this world when the only one who accepted the real me is gone from it?’
Hale’s obsession with childlike concepts prompts splitting theories. A (super dark) outlook could reason that Hale saw adulthood as something to flee from. Externally, Hale could have reasoned that killing the children would be merciful than to allow them to turn into adults. Internally, Hale’s inner battle to hold onto childhood as the world seems to want to force them to change results in a loss of innocence that violently lashes out.
Finally, Hale decorated rifle lends itself to a combination of influences: the stickers symbolizing the loss of childlike innocence and the cruelty of adulthood, the inscription of Hell as a damning exclamation to the Christian based community in which Hale takes Hell’s side or condemns the victim, and the imprint of Aiden as a final cry of identification to a world that refused to acknowledged.

Hale’s parents, who lived with the shooter, said Hale was under a doctor’s care for an “emotional disorder,” Nashville Police Chief John Drake said at a news conference Tuesday.
The shooter had various writings and maps of the school drawings of how to enter. We know that Hale left home Monday morning with a red bag and that Hale’s mother did not have weapons.
Authorities continue to work to answer questions about who Hale was and the motive behind the school shooting. While the shooter’s gender identity is unclear, police told CNN Hale was assigned female at birth and that Hale used “male pronouns” on social media.
Less than 20 minutes before the shooting, Hale sent an eerie Instagram message to Averianna Patton, a former basketball teammate who told CNN’s Don Lemon she’s “still trying to process it all.”
“I knew her well when we were kids,” Patton told Lemon on “CNN This Morning” Tuesday. Patton, now a Nashville radio host, said she hasn’t had a relationship with the suspect since they were children and has only ever referred to Hale as Audrey or “she.”
“I didn’t know the adult … I don’t know that side of her,” Patton told Lemon when asked about the suspect. Patton said she received the Instagram message at 9:57 a.m., which read, “One day this will make more sense. I’ve left more than enough evidence behind. But something bad is about to happen,” according to screen grabs sent to a CNN affiliate WTVF.
Patton said she was not sure why Hale reached out. “I’m asking God the same question,” Patton told Lemon. Hale graduated from Nossi College of Art & Design in Nashville last year, the school’s president confirmed to CNN. A LinkedIn profile says Hale worked as a freelance graphic designer and a part-time grocery shopper.
An online portfolio includes images of professional logos, cartoon animals, and an apparent self-portrait. One the phrase, “To Be A Kid (forever and ever).”
Hale won “Most Improved” and “Class Participation” awards from Nossi. A former vice president of the college, Byron Edwards, described Hale as “… the sweetest little thing. I’m just shocked. My wife has been crying all day about it,” adding that Hale “was.”

Save the Earth
Hows it going guys here we are at the end of this blogging journey and in this weeks blog I’m going to talk about one issue that is important to me and that is environmentalism. I became proponent of environmentalism since when I first learned that the past three years were the hottest years recorded on the planet ever. Global warming is a very serious threat and should be treated as a serious issue because it affects us all. People think that it cost an arm and a leg to be environmentally active and conscious but it really isn’t; by doing small thing like recycling or riding a bike to your job can reduce environmentally hazardous habits like pollution for example.  With the increasing temperature means the polar ice caps are shrinking which means the water levels are rising; the oceans are getting warmer as well and that is producing more hurricanes than usual. Climate change also affects our animals by ruining their habitats and affecting their behaviors like chasing there migration patterns. and below is a picture that I took on a field trip to park in Nashville, Tennessee last year with Nossi College of Art. The first image below is a picture of a duck at the lake.

The picture picture below is a closeup of a yellow flower at the park.

Walk Into The Imagination Of A Visionary Photographer.
Do you have a secret outlet that helps your mind disappear from reality? I will be showing content through compositing and the brainstorming that is work put in, before even creating. Being a Nashville fine art freelance photographer, my work centers around photographing people within the journalistic and fine art styles. I begin by capturing the personality of my subject, intertwining the use of nature, anatomic objects, and landscapes through the creation of layered composition. The result of my work is nostalgic, enchanting, and magical. Used in publications for unique marketing, campaigns for artists, musicians, and other creative conceptual products or service uses.
Remaining within the mindset of a mystical photographer. Creating diverse imagery, which leads my audience mind to a fairytale of my own. As a fine art and journalistic artist, unfolding each creation with a kaleidoscope vision. Inspired by a childlike mind, others often attempt to outgrow with age. I hold the illusions of my craft, tightly within grasp. The unraveling pages of my creations beneath my subjects’ mind, brings to life the hidden fairy tales that often go unseen. Below is my first composition I created called,”I Find Myself At Four AM, Again.”
Tumblr media
After studying photography earning a bachelor's degree for Nossi College Of Arts. It was there, when I discovered my direction for my work. Learning how to combine photos in post, offering a view of my creative imagery. Into my work allows me to bring the dreams I have within the night, into the bright of day with each manipulated photograph I capture within my realm. The unrealistic nostalgic feel comes from a personal place of memory and experiences of my dreams. The art I create on a daily basis, portrays the footprints marked along the unharden pavement.
“Disturbed” is the next photograph I created recently, while down a wrong turn on my pathway. I really wanted to add clouds to perform a “dreamy” piece of work. Next was the ropes hanging the clouds and the moon, as if the mind of the one girl created it within her imagination. Envisioning the ropes had been lowered, almost as if she was in a play. Lastly to pull everything together, I wanted to make sure her spine was very detailed when bending over to symbolize pain. Reminding myself, although the girl bent over doesn’t have the strength to glance at her moon. One day, someday, she would be able to. Which is why the other is looking up at the night sky. To remind myself and my viewers, that even though I am the one on the left, soon enough, i will be able to lift my head again.
Tumblr media
In a single image I create and generate emotion within composition. Using landscapes and other imagery in composite form to produce diverse and single handedly my own work. I use the present and past of dreams and emotions as key concepts to incorporate into each final piece.
Jerry Uelsmann is a great “hero” of mine, although I wouldn’t consider any other photographer to that high power. Glancing at his work and easily being intrigued, it is simply impossible to not think so highly of an artist, as i do him. He was a photographer within the 1960’s when photoshop wasn’t even thought of yet. He fully started compositing in the dark room with many negatives into one image, assistants hired to help were unable to tell anyone how exactly he did it. Agreeing to Uelsmann that no words would be told as to how he executed his imagination. I think I will somehow cross paths with Uelsmann and become great friends, a sense of understanding another's mind, that's what’s important.
Being an extreme thinker and introvert, I hope this all makes sense to everyone listening. At times I ramble and get poetic as my two hands are typing. Within the next couple of weeks I will be creating a separate link to blogs simply for poems and more personal work. Please if you feel called to share or even comment, do not hesitate. I love and passionately appreciate human connection, your words will always be knowledged. Do you have a mystical photograph you’ve always wanted to create? Talk to me about it! Lets collaborate and create pieces, the minds of others need to experience. Yet for now, I will leave you with this quote: “There are no uninteresting things. There are just uninterested people.” – Jerry Uelsmann

College
Hey guys, so I'm an incoming freshman at Nossi College of Art in Nashville. I really need help getting everything I need for college. My parents don't have the money to get the stuff I need because we're a very low income family. I haven't had a place to call home in over 2 years and I really want to make sure I have everything I need. I don't have any pillows or blankets, no notebooks, or anything that I actually need to start college. I'd really appreciate if anybody on this site could help out! Even if it's only a dollar. Thanks in advance! ❤

my partner sent me a link to edible nashville and i am howling with laughter at a combination of the spelling/grammar errors and the best part:
when you go to the ‘things to do’ page thinking it would maybe be a calendar or articles about things to do *in nashville* the top thing is GO ON A ROADTRIP
with additional articles for go to Knoxville, go to Provence France or go to Croatia
the only other things to do are nonlocal generic articles of home activities and pimping nossi college of art
🤣
yes i dont know shit to do here either… ooh cherry blossoms are NOW though y’all
