so... why is gerry/michael a thing? like im not complaining, what i did read about them was v cute and i love both characters, but they never interact in canon, in fact i think gerry was still v young when michael shelley became the distortion? or is the ship specifically w michael distortion and not michael shelley?

i do like the idea of them meeting before, maybe in a world where they're closer in age and eric actually had a chance to see his son grow, and maybe he would've introduced his son to his coworkers or smth. idk. in just wondering cause ive been going through the tma tag on ao3 and they popped up a few times which surprised me. i like the ship i just dont understand where the idea even came from? if anyone would like to explain id love to learn more!!

What situation is there in Germany??

In the year 2015, a right wing political party named AfD/Alternative für Deutschland (Alternative for Germany) managed to gain large enough voting numbers to join our government during that years crisis. Over the years, its voting numbers increased by a lot.

Now, with the wars going on, a lot of people flee to Germany, which has helped them gain even more power.

They have always been known a party with neo nazis members, but they always denied it, even though there was always hate for immigrants as well as holocaust denial. Recently, they have been discovered to have met with definitive neo nazis to discuss deporting immigrants as well as any German willing to help immigrants out

Current statistics show they would have around 20% of people voting for them, which would make them the second most voted for party, meaning they would have a very significant amount of power once our government gets reelected

Thousands of people are now mass protesting for their party to get banned

ABOUT THE HIATUS

Apologies for the unannounced 2 week hiatus! Unfortunately it's gonna last at least another week, my IRL obligations have been taking up all my time unfortunately I don't have the extra few hours a week to spare to running the poll. But I will be putting in some work this coming week to prep for a few weeks of polling! I hope you all look forward to it all. I'll try and prep a real banger of a comeback!

I'm assuming this is about Luigi and Bruno? Well they're only allowed cause of loopholes, this blog has a very generous definition of mother. Luigi in an episode of Super Mario World is referred to as "Mama Luigi" so it counts

Bruno admittedly is partly because I wasn't sure of their canonical gender, given their appearance seemed very androgynous looking and a lot of fans seem to agree he's basically a mom in spirit to other characters

Also I thought it'd be funny to see how far they'd make it regardless
