BMiT was a bit different than my usual story and it was pretty tricky to have all the characters be manipulative while writing them in a consistent logical way. sometimes it felt like i bit off more than i can chew so i'm glad it turned out fine and you like it ❤️

yeah it's so fun reading all the different ways people interpret my stories and even fall for the manipulation of the characters (like beomgyu in lover loser) even though i'm not exactly subtle about the manipulation but it's also fun to see the readers see right throw something i didn't even reveal yet (usually it's someone who has gone through a similar situation)

I just wanted to thank you for this blog. Im currently in an abusive and strictly religious (hindu) home. Growing up I've always been treated as sub human just because Im a female. Recently, my parents went behind my back to reject a seat from my dream university, sayinf "its not what god wants". My mom spends 9 hours of the day praying. I keep getting introduced to men who are 8+ years older for "marriage". Its really frustating bc I know my family is good, just not when its what "god". wants.

Wow, that’s awful, I’m so sorry you’ve been through that. People talk about Islam and Xtianity and even Judaism and how harmful they are to everyone, and particularly to women, and yet not as much is said about Hinduism.

Example after example, time and time again, it’s clear that religion de-humanizes. Both the believer and those they affect with their belief. It stops people dealing with each other as individual humans, and takes away empathy and compassion.

I know you didn’t ask for advice, but I’m going to give it anyway: as soon as you can, get out. Save some money, make a plan and when you’re able to, leave. You’ll be putting relationships in jeopardy and putting yourself at risk of being shunned or disowned, but you can’t live your life for other people, to make them happy. Or even just not-angry.

Honestly, I would particularly suggest contacting the university to see if they will still take you, hold your place or let you defer.

There was a video I posted earlier of Yasmine Mohammed talking about her life. And although it’s specifically about her experience with Islam, towards the end, she gives some advice, which I think is still relevant.

“As difficult as you may think it is to follow your heart and follow your mind, and be who you really want to be, continuing to live that life is way worse. [...] It’s worth it. Anything worth having is worth fighting for.”

How to draw a GIRL character

Hi. Sometimes characters are wearing clothes,maybe none,sometimes other clotbes. But sometimes you are asking me But Jerry, art wizzard... HOW do i Tell if a character is a girl?!

Fear not my little babys im going to tell you my art tips.

Step one.

THIS is a really helpful tip not a lot of people know. Draw a speech bubble from the characters mouth. make them sayinf "I am a girl."

And now you and everyone will know that this is a girl, when looking at your art and character, no more confusion. This ONE simple trick.
