If your fic doesn't have paragraph spaces I'm really sorry but I'm not reading it. This has nothing to do with being petty or picky and everything to do about disability. Even screen readers struggle when there's just a block of text there with no pause.
Please consider formatting your text.
Sincerely,
A person with adhd and mild dyslexia.

ooc;; if you don't like what someone writes because it makes you uncomfy (and i'm talking about normal or dark subjects between consenting adults and not weird fucked up shit), just take them off your dash and live a happy life. don't vague posts, don't make posts that make you feel like you're superior because you don't write "X, Y, and Z", don't send them asks complaining about your experience with them, just leave them behind and keep enjoying whatever it is that you're doing.

Friendly reminder you can like something and still criticize it!
Spoilers for Danganronpa (one of my special interests) for example: Chihiro was handled in a very poor way that hurt some members of the trans community, same with Genicide Syo and Toko’s DID. The mini game in UDG with Kotoko was EXTREMELY inappropriate and uncalled for. Danganronpa’s anime made Mukoro super weird. All games have a creepy character that’s hyper sexual (Toko but she gets better in udg, Teruteru, Mikan, Miu) but guess what? I still like the games. I love the character designs and character relationships. I love the lore and how the trials go (even if some suck). I just have to realize that it isn’t perfect. And if some people don’t like it because of that it’s fine! For UDG it’s even more valid because that scene was pretty fucked up. It’s important to note what’s wrong with the series and how some may feel about it. It isn’t a personal attack that someone hates it.

To YOU, I'm he/him. To my best friend that I would die for, I'm he/they, and a girl whenever it's funny. You two are not the same.

This might come across as meanspirited, but one of my pet peeves is when people draw clone troopers with Hollywood restricted, Hugh Jackman Wolverine, permanently flexed eight-pack bodies. Like, oh my god, give these clones some water and carbs. Please, that’s not sexy. That’s an unhealthy, severely dehydrated man.
For the love of all that’s good, I’m begging you, please use a reference of a real Māori body and not a skinless anatomical model.

Today is one of those days where I watch esports, sip on beer, and bake bread. There are a lot of things I probably should be doing but it’s saturday and I’m going to take a raincheck on all of it.

also worth noting that "abusive" doesn't actually mean "irredeemable" either.
there's a lot of people that have done things in the past that were bad, because they weren't taught any better, or they were in an overall toxic situation where EVERYONE was shitty (like a cult), or they were just at an especially low point and hurt others for it.
you don't have to forgive them. you don't have to ever speak to them again. you can be angry with them until you die if you want.
but society cannot function if we don't allow them to move on. to change their behavior and fuck off somewhere else and build meaningful relationships without bothering you again. we need a path for people to change, or nothing ever will.

ooc;; I just remembered a conversation that i had with someone years ago, about how they wanted interactions and have more people to talk to, but they were too "picky" about following people, and like... i guess you can be, no one is stoppping you, you do what's comfortable for you, but at the same time, you need to be realistic that being too "picky" as they described it, also limits the amount of people that you're going to write with and might make things hard on here as well. also, from my experience, not following someone because of how they might sound on their rules or because their muse will probably won't fit with yours, sometimes is a big mistake. it has happened to me that at times i think twice about following someone for these reasons, but at the end, i decide to give this interaction a chance, only for it to turn out to be this fun experience and the mun? just wonderful.
what i'm trying to say is that sometimes you need to step out a bit out of your comfort zone, if not, it can get boring around here really easily and frustrating too, because the more "picky" you are, the harder it will be for you to interact with those around you.

what’s with the trend lately of people getting mad at others for following someone problematic or reblogging something problematic and just get mad at them for it instead of telling them who / what it is like . if someone is following someone problematic and you say “hey you’re following someone who is problematic” and don’t tell them WHO I think you’re part of the problem sorry ??? ?????

The opposite of forcing everyone to accustom to english & american culture is not forcing everyone to accustom to mandarin & chinese culture
Vice versa
It’s letting people find their own language back
It’s celebrating the diverse culture that was being killed for hundreds of years
It’s reveal and giving back their actual history
It’s going against any kind of dictatorship, racism and colonialism
It’s finding out how to represent everyone and make sure everyone is heard
It’s support their own identity and community
It’s untangle all kinds of oppressions that occurred or are still on going
It’s gather around a table and actually talk about what happened (with respect and mutual understanding), and how should we go forward
