I wish that people would grow up and be parent’s. Quit blaming the other parent as the problem. You are 50% of the problem. If you feed into it, you are part of the problem. If you say shitty things in front of your children about a parent that may be less than desirable, you are half of the problem. Some things are out of our control. Mini Spiel

My friend and I were in class today talking about the handy protection we want on us when we go to college such as pocket knives, pepper spray and tasers. One male approached to ask what we needed protection from and we said assault, harassment, and just men in general. He then proceeded to say “There’s nothing a ‘Hey fuck off’ can’t fix with anyone.”

I think he may have been joking but I think this just goes to say something about how some people still think. This ISNT A PERFECT world and I told him that and he totally dismissed me. This isn’t okay. I’m fucking AFRAID of being attacked and/ or assaulted.

Someone please help inform the WORLD on the fears of everyday people going out into the public alone in fear of their life.

Its funny when you think that you have found the person you are meant to be with. See, its not the same as liking someone. When you actually find that person, that one person, its like nothing else matters. Time seems like its just an illusion and you loose track of what you're doing. You have fun with that person. You do foolish and silly things with them and you just don't care. When you find that person, you can't really explain what it is you like about them. You have so much in common, what you like about them is what you like about you. You have the same feelings, love the same things. Even share the same demons and nightmares. You share the same crazy, and long for the same escape. Yet... Some times, that person doesn't see you the way you see them. In a perfect world you two: wouldn't be together. You wouldn't even exist. Thankfully this world isn't perfect. ... And neither is anyone.

I recently discovered Mr. Hadley Fraser (like it seems a lot of people did) after watching the POTO anniversary special on YouTube. I am now in love and sad I've missed all these years and moments with other fans of this incredible voice (and of the apparent epic bromance of Hadley and Ramin??). Do you have a "new Hadley fan" starter kit, or any fun things with Hadley and Ramin? I think I've already exhausted the meager offerings of YouTube and I'm desperate! LOL

I felt much the same as you when I first started seriously following Hadley about a year ago. Really the only things you’ve missed out on are anything that had to be seen live, which I imagine most of his fans also missed because a good percentage of us just don’t have the means to see him live in London. That said, you have so much awesome Hadley content to discover! It can be hard to find at times, but the good thing is that he is so talented that pretty much anything you can dig up is almost guaranteed to be good, at least as far as his specific contribution is concerned.

Here is a list of suggestions for Hadley content you can consider as my “Hadley Fraser Fan Starter Kit”:

Follow Hadley on Twitter and Instagram. He doesn’t post daily, but following him on Twitter is the best way to stay up to date on whatever projects he’s currently working on. He also posts some nice pictures/videos from time to time, and you can catch even more content of him by looking at the posts he likes/replies to. If you want even more you should also be following his wife, Rosalie Craig, on Instagram. (She is an absolute goddess in her own right, I’d recommend you follow her either way!)

I have two posts that cover some of my favorite shorter Hadley videos, which I would consider “must sees” for any new fans. This is also where you’ll find the majority of the Ramin/Hadley content, if you’re interested in that. You can go here for my post about songs, and here for my favorite videos.

Follow Tumblr blogs which post Hadley content. Not to toot my own horn (toot-toot) but I post a lot of original Hadley content in the form of gifs, commentary, ect. My blog is basically a Hadley fan blog masquerading as a POTO blog at this point. It’s like 50/50, and I hope the wonderful people who follow me mainly for POTO don’t mind too much! Some other blogs I’ve seen regularly posting Hadley content are @elithewho, @notaperfectworld, @alittlepawblog. You may also like to look through some older Hadley blogs that have great stores of Hadley content, like @hadleyfrasersource, @haddersnoodles, and @againstatroubledsky.

Go out there, work hard, and create that perfect opportunity. -Anonymous I have been practicing yoga for quite sometime now and whenever there were chances to do inversions or headstand, I excuse myself. Maybe because I am really scared or just simply not confident and comfortable. I know my teachers will make sure to guide me in the said pose. Today, I took the risk. I defied what negative feelings that is holding me back. This is an oppprtunity that I had to jump in because I felt that it is about time. And it was a success. I may still need guidance and assistance but I did it. Thanks to Teacher Dex for making us feel that we can do it and for guiding us well onto this practice. Yoga is like our lives, it has multiple poses in each practice that we need to learn. We will eventually be familiar with it and be able to do them easily. All we have to do is to take time to learn and practice. Once we are able to find our rhythm, we will flow smoothly. There may be times that we will have to pause but we can easily get back and relearn our ways. Today, I had the opportunity to attend a face-to-face yoga practice. While I have been attending random classes in the past whenever there is available, this is something that we had to really arrange and make sure that we attend. It was a vinyasa class and something that I am familiar with however there were still some poses that I had challemges with, I think this is normal to someone who have an on and off practice. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the live class and had the chance to regain the strength in practice. I need to have consistency and willingness to continue my practice since yoga really helps me a lot in many ways. Thanks to my friends and teachers who encouraged me and still inspiring me to practice.
