if im being completely honest, 3 months of ed treatment and tears has showed me that having an ed is really not worth it,AT ALL, but the sad part is that I am sitting here typing that as if I am not struggling everyday with this constant fear of the food that haunts me. Im relapsing as I know its not worth it, I know starving myself and investing all of my time into a mental disorder, can result in death and serious physical harm, but I am still going on with my ed. 

Its sad to type that out but its how im living right now, and its honestly depressing that I can say that my ed has been the most loyal thing to me and has been a greater comfort than anything ever could be to me. One day I hope I will wake up and realize I am worth taking up space and that I am always good enough, I know it, but I don't know it enough, and its sad. but at the same time I am so deep I can't go recover now.

My first post. Its 6am. I havent gone to sleep yet. Yesterday I binged on white toast with vegan butter. Rest of the day/evening I ate 2 full meals. Pasta, one tomato and 10 vegan meatballs + ketchup. Same meal each time. I drank one cup of coffee with sugar and oat milk. I drank regular coke and water. The last thing i ate was a full bag of vegan chips. Im tempted to eat a whole pack of chickpeas. I did a bunch of leg excercies in bed. Lost track of what and how much.
