I’m currently working on a few different things, and I was wondering if anybody would be interested in some of these!

Coping skill flash cards: They will come with multiple different skills for different mental or physical crises, and will include an image that’s related to the skill!

Communication cards: These will be mainly basic ones, such as explaining that you use an AAC, or other things like that! I am also willing to make custom ones if you need specifics. These unfortunately won’t have pictures, but they will be easy to print and cut out!

Prewritten explanations: These are paragraphs and things that you can easily copy and paste into your AAC or emails, that will explain specific things! The ones I’m currently thinking about include an explanation on AAC, an explanation on autism, explaining tics, explaining a difficulty in speaking, and explaining that you need more patience! I’m also willing to do customs for this as well!

If you would be interested in any of these, please reblog! Once I’m able to; I’ll reblog this with examples of the different things!!

Feel free to also send me an ask with any other ideas or things you might want to see!

Also!!! All of these resources will be 100% free. Absolutely no payment will be needed, as I know how hard it is to find things like this that are suited to your needs. The customizations will not cost anything either, but I am planning on setting up a kofi or something if you want to give me a tip!

Hey Chooms, um I have some news!

Gian & Thane had their hot steamy night. For now they will go their separate ways, don’t worry we will see them again. 

You may remember that Hara and Cloude did attack Kazura Unlimited? Yeah, upcoming post is about Kazura and here you see Akira. Give me a bit time, I’m workin on it right now and I will post it as soon I’m done. I’m not going to bed before I post this. I promise!  😆 😅

Right now, Nova is very happy!!

I managed to perform at an open mic night!! And I did it with my AAC!! I performed the poem I posted a while back with my AAC and it went great!

I managed to introduce myself and perform the poem with AAC, even though it was terrifying!! The reception of the poem went great as well!!

Nova is just very happy right now. It feels like they can do anything they wanna do at the moment!! Nova has a video of it performing the poem, but star doesn’t wanna share it here since it has xyr real name!!!

WIP - Simder Template

Phew that took me quite some time (4 hours overall)! But hey I have now a simder template, I love. Yeah, I might publish this gem as a Follower Gift 🤔? After my posts with Thane.

We will finally meet Thane who is on simder and has something/someone on his mind 😏 😅 I worked so hard for this hope you will like it. Partly inspired by @slfj-creative chat scene in her IG story.

Using a speaker as an AAC user:

Hi! Something that a lot of speaking people, or people who don’t use AAC don’t realize is that, if your AAC device isn’t loud enough, you might need to use a speaker to enhance the volume.

This is obviously difficult for lots of reasons, including the fact that speakers are expensive, and that some speakers cut off the beginning of the speech.

Along with that, I personally also struggle with the volume lev of my speaker. Whenever I enter a new environment, I have to test out the volume level, which can sometimes be embarrassing.

I need to make sure that I am able to be heard by others, because if my device is too quiet, I am unable to communicate.

On the other hand, if my device is too loud, I might get in trouble for disruptive behavior.

It’s a very gentle balance that I’m still struggling with at the moment, but hopefully it’ll get easier!

Look at them 🥺 I got my save back😭. I can enter it again! I had no clue.

Yesterday I tried to get in and my hopes were very low. Gian went for a cheese sandwich and Thane told him a story i think? Gian did enjoy his story obviously. They could kiss and hug each other and everything went smooth again. I’m super happy.

To be honest I was super frustrated. I truly believed that I lost this work and I was honestly fighting against my urge to toss it, as it was so much work to set up this save. 

Originally I was working on this save for almost a year and to work on it again made me feel so unhappy and draining.😖

Regardless it does work again. Maybe we will have today a new story-post? I will give my best to post it - that would be so amazing. But if I can’t make it happen today - you can bet your ass that the story will continue for sure tomorrow.  😁

PS:  The save error fix came with the patch on 4th of october. So I’m so darn happy. Somehow  missed this.

nova hasn’t been posting in a while, so time for a quick update!!

I’ve gotten back into art!

I’ve been using my aac more in public! It’s scary but getting easier

I’ve gotten back into my mcyt special interest

I’m on break from uni! Only going back in July!

I’ve been realizing stuff about me regarding pronouns and things!! Yippee!

Nova has been in so many hospitals recently. Just within the past few months. I’m tired.

Nova doesn’t like hospitals. They’re loud and scary and nova can barely speak but still has to force itself to.
