Billy eyed Steve, as his jaw slackened to reveal his crime.

Billy bristled at your name, tongue flicking over Steve's fingertips as they traced his mouth. Steve ignored the attempted lure, withdrawing. "Can you listen?"

Billy drew forward, snapping his teeth at Steve playfully before biting and pulling him into a kiss by the bottom lip. Steve pushed him off after a fraction of a second, not wanting to reward bad behavior.

"Guess not." Steve stated nonchalantly, releasing Billy only to grab him by each bicep and roughly pin him to the ground. Pivoting, Steve swung himself around, placing a leg on each side of Billy's head.

"Make it up to me," Steve ordered, staring down at the blonde from over his shoulder before he lowered himself to sit.
