this is a social visit but tilly’s mind is always half focused on classes, or books, regardless. so she wants to ask nur how her med class is going, but she’s come prepared with another topic. “oh! i’ve been meaning to tell you.” tilly turns to fumble in her bag before producing a book and lying it on the table so nur can see the cover. “i’ve started reading this, mostly from a medical standpoint, since i heard it was well-done. have you taken any of the psych classes yet? or--have you read anything by him?” / @nurdirim​

" Clearly, both of them weren't the only ones and the character Nur decided to dress up as was definitely a lot more innocent than Faith's. " Nur, right ? " She only recalled her face from lessons, not like she seemed to be the kind of female who appeared to be screaming for attention ever -- but she looked cute enough and Faith always appreciated people who didn't dress basic.          “hi, i’m flowers and these are the rizo i got you. happy valentine’s day!” he didn’t know how many times he’s rehearsed his line over and over before the brunch began, as if it was something he needed to memorize. truthfully, it was just his name, the showing of flowers, and how he’s very excited to meet her - his valentine’s match. but how it came out eventually wasn’t something he’s proud of. “sorry, sorry, that came out wrong. i’m rizo, and i got you flowers. it’s in this cool light saber thing. thought it could be different and funky. good funky, that is!” @nurdirim​

"Hm, not really? Just stuffy." Wearing a sweatshirt that night wasn't a good idea at first until he was out of the costume and was walking around. Then he was grateful for it. "Oh, that's nice! Got any pictures?"

Zane was aware that he was .. well, a roommate that you needed to get used to. While Jai already knew about it from their time in jail together and Carmen probably avoided every encounter with him ( just because he knew he was a threat for her boyfriend ) he could at least try and make Nur like him. Throwing a jacket on, he glared down at her with a small grin. "Hey, grabbing a snack -- going for a walk, you in ? " @nurdirim​

eyes slowly peel open as a shadow looms over him, blocking the sunlight shining down on him through the window. he hadn’t been sleeping. just looking for a quiet place to listen to his podcast in peace. of course it’s nur, he thinks to himself, rolling his head to the side to stare up at her.

“Moderation doesn’t exist today,” Nate says firmly, tossing a sharing size bag of mini M&Ms into Nur’s lap, shaking his own pointedly. “Why are M&Ms so much better in miniature form?” He has a feeling Nur would’ve been looking for him after everything anyway, so he’s decided to make it easier on both of them.

          ASKING NUR TO THE SPRING FESTIVAL A FEW DAYS AGO had admittedly been a spur-of-the-moment decision brought on by seeing a flyer for the event on campus, and wanting an excuse to hang out with her again -- after being able to clear the air with fallon. despite not thinking too far into it, he had felt surprisingly confident in what he was doing, maybe because nur had made it very apparent that she was already interested in him. still, he can’t help but feel some nerves on his way to her dorm room, not realizing until moments before knocking on the door that not only is tommy terribly rusty at dating, but the last date he had been on had been with nur’s best friend   ( and who knows what fallon had said about him back in the day ) .  but his nerves feel a little more settled when she answers, offering her a small smile and sticking his hands in his jeans pockets.   “ hey. ”   did he say that too softly ?   does he look nervous ?   the hands fall out of his pockets.   “ ready to go ?   you look lovely. ”   and she does, his eyes scanning over her slowly, smile growing.   @nurdirim​

he remembered nur talking about gallagher in their time together. he remembered the days they wished they would be able to reunite there, when blackthorne was still his probable direction. he didn’t know why he didn’t expect to see her there, though he looked for her. when she hadn’t popped up anywhere in his trajectory, he gave up, and decided that it was probably for the best. she wouldn’t see him like this. she could remember him how he used to be, when they ran around the streets of istanbul together. but then, as he sat out on one of the benches, sandwich in hand, he saw her. and his entire world crashed around him. if things had been different, he would have ran over, picked her up, and twirled her around. they would have kept in contact. they would maybe still be together. it had been years now. and she looked so different, but entirely the same. he couldn’t look away. he felt himself wanting to reach out, but fear kept him sitting on the bench, holding his sandwich, his heart yearning for her as he hoped she would feel his gaze on her. already, his eyes stung with the threat of tears. how long had he longed to feel the comfort and safety of her arms again? “nur...” he called out, though his voice was still soft and tentative. he couldn’t project enough. but part of him knew she would hear him. he couldn’t get up, he couldn’t show her who he was now. he was terrified.
