Adolphson & Falk reser över tid och rum på nya turnén Det är 40 år sedan Adolphson & Falk släppte albumet Över Tid och Rum, 1984. Det firar dom med en stor turné i höst tillsammans med sitt band. Turnéstart är 16 november i Västerås.

”Vi i bandet och produktionen Adolphson & Falk ser fram emot att göra konserten tillsammans i höst!”, säger Tomas Adolphson

Efter att Adolphson & Falks första synthalbum ”Med rymden i blodet” från 1982 hade sålt guld och deras samarbete med synthpionjären Greg FitzPatrick hade gått över förväntan gav skivbolaget och tillika deras förlag, AIR Music, bandet fria händer att skapa en uppföljare. Utgivningsår skulle bli 1984, George Orwells framtidsår. Det gav duon idén att låta alla sångtexter utspelas 100 år framåt i tiden. På konvolutet till ”Över tid och rum” står att albumet spelats in 2084!

Bandet fortsatte där de nyss slutat, i Mistlurs inspelningsstudio som var granne med Gregs försäljnings- och uthyrningsverksamhet. De hade tillgång till de absolut senaste syntharna och trummaskinerna från USA och Japan.  Ja de lekte i 80-talets roligaste lekstuga!

Till omslaget målade illustratören Anders Lindholm en röd ros, symbolen för livet och kärleken. Han tog målningen till ett dataföretag som med ny digital teknik och för dyra pengar kunde omvandla bilden till fyrkantiga pixlar, en teknik som vilken normal hemdator som helst klarar av idag, 40 år senare. Men 1984 var det märkvärdigt och nytt. Framtiden blir, fortare än vi anar, dåtid.

I god tid inför turnén släpptes en remastrad jubileumsutgåva i ”framtidsblå” vinyl. Det låter bättre än någonsin!

Fakta om turnén: Konserten består av två avdelningar med paus. I foajén hittar ni dessutom merchandase bestående av rariteter såsom röda och blå vinyler i begränsade upplagor av ”Med rymden i Blodet” och ”Över tid och rum” samt t-shirts och andra unika syntkläder och Greg Fitzpatricks konst och konstutställning - så kom i tid och gör en helkväll!

His early club encounters were in venues such as Scala in the UK & Club Abyss in Ayia Napa. An undisputed era in UK music which was always about having the best time, he naturally found his way into the house (and occasionally disco) scene Pete shares a very similar story although he can add D'n'B and Jungle as accolades of his youth. Throughout his earlier years he managed to haul an extensive collection of early house & garage records which still get dusted off and played to this day Recently the pair have reunited their love for the 90s house scene. A time in which the US house vibes coming from places such as New York, Chicago and Detroit were birthing the garage scene they loved so much here in the UK. They list Jovonn, Ron Trent, Tony Humphries, Kerri Chandler, MAW, Blaze, 95 North, Chez Damier, Glenn Underground, Jazz N Groove & Mood II Swing amongst their most influential artists "For our OSO:Den mix we wanted to do something almost exclusively from the music of the 90's.
