This is what it was all about.. painting steel and having fun.. classic cars. Tkid170 from 77 on up. I did my thing. A moment in time that will never happen again. The birth of this culture respect and love to the fore fathers who gave it to us. Love for those who came after for keeping it going and to you in the here and now that took it to the next level, my un-dying appreciation for bringing it to society as art. #nycsubway #subwaycars #realgraffiti #juxtapose #museumofgraffiti #gettingup #tkid170 #terribletkid170 #thenastyterribletkid170 #wildstyle #tnb #tmt #classic #graffiti #graffitiart #graffiticulture #streetart #yo https://www.instagram.com/p/CpXePWIOHdF/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

5.6.22 Lunchtime drawing: Rainy day sketch on the A Train but the guy with the blue shirt got off the subway before I finished the painting. Time for me to exit it’s the first stop in Brooklyn at High Street.
M is for Masstransitscope.
Masstransitscope is a zooetrope made by Bill Brand in 80s. Now restored and enjoyed on the B line going from Brooklyn to Manhattan. It never fails to make me happy.
The theme of this assignment I picked is about dystopia and I decided to have pictures that follow the New York City subways. I chose the subway because it can display a feel of dystopia due to the issues that a majority of New Yorkers can agree on. Such as crowded trains/stations, constant delays of trains that effect your travels, and machines not working properly like the metro card dispensers.
Our subway station is Lex #nycsubway and this is perfect for Susanna (presso Lexington Avenue–63rd Street) https://www.instagram.com/p/Cp_gTqFI0BqZdf_bJpM_T9TtPlzeYU0NFAB7vE0/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
