Donna Lin, ancestor of Chinese refugees who escaped to the USA during the Great War. She was born in California in 2246 and learned to survive the wastes. During the war between the Legion and NCR for the Hoover Dam she left for the east, and has been living there ever since.

Harry and them are very good friends. It looks like a one sided friendship, but I assure you Harry does care about her and protects her with his life. She only knows Dante and Andrew through Harry's stories he tells.
