I had forgotten that bludgeon was pirate is are there any other cybertronian who are pirates?

Some of the mercenary faction mecha get pirate themes sometimes, right?

I know the seacons in Beast Wars II are like. The™ Pirate Transformers, I think? They definitely lean into the theme hard

Octopunch definitely has pirate vibes

Not sure about anyone else, though there's definitely transformers who take on a heavy sailor theme so they might be relevant

(Bludgeon is based on a samurai, right?) (Or wait he was also a space pirate in some continuities wasn't he)

He's kinda inspired by the earthwars version of him.

But this was drawn for a friend who fell in love with the character despite not knowing anything about Transformers but I dragged them into the game and now they like it.

Sketching obscure transformers nobody cares about, day 1: OCTOPUNCH

He’s gotten a bit more attention than some others I plan to draw. Octopunch has had multiple comic appearances, various toys, and an appearance in Transformers: Earth wars.

The next obscure transformer I’m going to draw and post is Dirtbag.

INTRODUCING MY SEACONS REDESGIN

Finally get to show off these guys somewhere officially

Incase you wanna know more I'm gonna nerd out about each and everyone of them

They all combine to form God Neptune

Their Leader: SnapTrap, SnapTrap was choosen by megatron to lead the orignal seacons on a mission to assassinate Nergil of subatlantica, none of them survived but Snaptrap, he completed his mission of securing nergils trident (an ancient relic from quintess prime) and killing him plummeting sub atlantica back to the dark ages

SnapTrap is hot tempered easily annoyed but genuinely cares for his new seacons like a family but is haunted by his past actions and struggles with leadership Questioning why megatron would even trust him with the burden

In the future he would meet on his travels

The Bounty Hunter: OverBite, a sporting carefree bounty hunter once found himself on quintessa after a bounty but got sidetracked by the most adorable lil sharkticon who he trained in the art of hunting using his killer instincts he would name him

The Pet: Blitzwave a young sharkticon outfitted with 2 deadly modified fusion cannons and a boosterpack for low altitude flight/deep sea exploration he can't talk but he makes up for his lack of communication skills with deadly force and adorable shark noises Overbite and him are inseparable and he seems to have taken somewhat of a liking to his new leader

SnapTrap would go on to recruit a twisted scientist by the name

The Scientist: Octopunch, also pushing the evolution of his fellow transfomers Octopunch and his lab rat are constantly splicing CNA to some monstrous effects octopunchs alt mode can handle deep sea underwater pressure that would crush a normal bot some cons say hes experimented on himself others think he thought some eldrich horror and scanned it to splice with his own alt mode hence...all the tentacles but maybe he was just born that way octopunch is always trying to steal leadership of the seacons from snaptrap

Most see him as a shockwave fanboy and don't take him or his team seriously but someone who does respect him maybe a little too much is

The Experiment: Seawing, was mutated into a vampiric mantaray who feasts on the energon of other transformers one of Octopunchs greatest creations....except for the fact spending so much time in the lab alone with octopunch it seems seawing has developed a crush on octopunch to a comedic degree for giving his all the powers that come from being his favorite test subject its hard to tell but I don't think Octopunch cares much for the attention and would rather just go back to doing tests, whenever octopunch tries to take over the seacons you can bet seawing will be his personal cheer leader, Seawing is a deadly assasin with a thirst for blood and silent as the night in deep water aswell as gliding in the dark sky

And thats all the seacons desgined hope you enjoyed these are just rough profiles so yoy get a feel for the characters let me know what you think?
