Hi! Could you maybe recommend some music, I keep listening to the same three songs and would love to find something new, doesn't have to be a specific genre. Also, you're blog is wonderful!

omg this is so sweet my heart is 🥺 rn but also, idk how much I can help because I also genuinely will listen to one song for an entire week straight and haven’t had a ton of time to find new music lately! but here’s some genre breakdowns of artists I love and some songs by them, or just individual tunes:

It Lives in the Woods: the og cast and book will always have a special place in my heart. The horror was fantastic. That plot twist. I loved how it talked about a lot of themes: grief, guilt, bullying, PTSD, self-hatred, etc. Well written, unique and relatable characters. A MC who wasn’t always perky and optimistic, in fact, they were a walking mess, but were trying to do things right and the best they could. Although it’s a supernatural story, it felt more relatable than other less fantastics books. And, of course, my son Noah.

It Lives Beneath: although I love the og cast dearly, the ILB gang won my heart. Probably because there are less characters, so we could develop our relationships with them deeper, but yeah, I like all of them a whole lot. Plus, Elliot 🤧💖 the action (because this book was more action than horror imo) was exciting and always left me wanting for more. Each character had a great arc and development. Elliot and MC relationship is sibling goals. Badass MC who won’t take shit from no one. And I found the loml, Tom Sato ❤️ lol

The Crown and the Flame: KENNAAAAAA lol a great journey since its beginning till its very end. Interesting characters - King Luther still is the best villain - and the power/prestige system was fantastic. Kenna still is my fave MC, her character development was so well written. Legendary.

#LoveHacks: lol trashy good. Hilarious. A fun and light reading. Fantastic set of characters. An underrated masterpiece.

Perfect Match: the world domination by robots plot might not be that innovative anymore, but undercoving it behind a matchmaking service was a master stroke. All characters won me over with their unique ways. Hayden’s thoughts on life and what it meant being human touched me deeply. Alana Kusuma and Nadia Park, two women so different from each other that I love so much.

basically, some guy robs him while he’s on his way to meet Mr loml, stabbing him in the process, and he dies alone in some dirty 1500s alleyway

end of story except not really because boy is now a fuckin ghost?? only everything is jumbled up and memories are twisted and broken, and he kind of wanders for a few hundred years, not knowing really anything about himself

who he is now isn’t necessarily who he used to be; he wouldn’t know though.

Intangibility- Like, the OG ghost power tbh. His natural state is intangible, passing through any and all matter. Holding a tangible form is much more difficult, and depends a lot on wes’ ability to keep a calm mind. Which he is very very bad at doing

Invisibility- actually like 90% of wes’ powers are actually just him hiding from social situations, which is a Mood

Immortality??- Idk, are you immortal if you’re already dead? Whatevs, basically he just don’t age. On account of him being... dead.
