Not enough “weird” or unique looking people in media nowadays, I’m tired of generic same face stars, give me someone I can actually pick out of a police lineup, give me someone who actually has distinguishable or unique features, give me someone whose appearance will sear into the inside of my eyelids, give me a little freak

#movies #tv shows #that last line was for you quark <3 jk jk but I mean #actors #new movies #this was about me being mad about the new scream cast being so forgettable and bland (which is the whole movie vibe)#but I mean compare the original to now and look at them #Neve has a very unique facial structure compared to a lot of stars with a strong squared kind of jawline and frame and she looks really #interesting. then we got shaggy like look at him and skeet’s got that narrow eerie look and Jamie looks the part of movie nerd #they look like people #my descriptions are awful but you get the point the 90s has it right #they look memorable whereas the new one I couldn’t tell you one friend the other #they also feel memorable as characters with their dialogue and all #that’s just one example though #oh and a good example of one thing stranger things got right despite its many flaws is this in the earlier seasons like look at Johnathan #and Steve and Dustin and almost all of them #they have features™️#old Star Trek is good example of everyone looking a lil unconventional as well and really vibing vs new trek giving us supermodels and it #not quite feeling the same #nothing against people who like those or look like that but sometimes I want to not feel face blind constantly #I mean this all affectionately like all these “so called unconventional features are beautiful
