#FreeganFebruary day 4! Another delicious pile of food! I'm so spoiled for choice on fresh fruit and veggies - because once they get put in a bag they are given a "best before" date and are removed from the shelves as soon as that date passes regardless of whether the produce still looks yummy and fresh. 🤦‍♀️ 🍇 Breakfast was #skyr with grapes and oranges and a @olio.app pastry 🥖 Lunch was green lentil and spinach stew with leftover charred cabbage and toasted baguette ☕ I had a #snack of coffee with @baileysofficial milk thingy that i got from olio (!!!) Plus a couple of chocolates and a #vegan mince pie 🍛 Dinner was a @tescoirl ready meal that I got from olio - red Thai curry 🎂 And for desert I had my nephew's cake leftovers because he only likes the icing and I love cake! I can definitely see how households with kids end up with so much more waste! We are thrilled to see a few more people around the world are starting to get into #FreeganFebruary with us!
