Big congratulations go out to @teamhasselborg for winning the Swedish Nationals 👏 Despite only having 4 women’s teams competing this year, the competition sure was tough & Team Hasselborg were actually the ones pursuing at this event. Team Wranå beat them during the round robin & got an automatic bye to the final, whereas Team Hasselborg had to play the SF vs Team Foxglide. . . Never count out the 2018 Olympic Champs. Even w/ 2 pregnant women on the team, another one on maternity leave & lineup changes throughout this season, they know how to battle it out. The Worlds qualifier will be an interesting one for sure. You gotta have your elbow straight, your left hand is your guide hand to help you take the ball up. That hand comes off and it's follow through. The last finger that touches the ball is the index finger so you use that like a sight on a gun and point it to where you want that ball to go; so my target was the front of the rim. I practiced in the mornings by myself for about 3 hours just shooting, ball handling and things like that I'd learned in basketball camp.

Milt Campbell didn’t, and he became the first African American to win the gold medal in the decathlon of the Summer Olympic Games. Douglas is putting himself out there as an example to others so they can see how anyone can take a chance, improve daily, and make a difference in the lives of others.
