None of the albums I own have liner notes indicating who’s ex-boyfriend a given song is about. This disappoints me.

If I ever make music I’m going to say every song is about an ex-boyfriend in the liner notes.

i.e. “This song is 100% about George Paul, we dated in the spring of 2014 and broke up when he went back to Liverpool the next fall. I miss him sometimes.” George Paul will never exist but I will pretend for the sake of my liner notes.

I can make up so many fictional boyfriends for the sake of my liner notes.
