Thank you @biancaraefoundation . We loved being a part of this fabulous 9th Rae of Hope Retreat. My daughter and I loved being able share an amazing meditation technique- sound therapy. We gave ever session a #soundbath meditation. We were able to introduce the sound bath experience to over 300 young adults ( 6 grade - 8 grade ). We heard by many that they LOVED it. We love infusing positive vibes everywhere we go. I love the positive feedback. I love to try to create new things. Here is my first attempt at crocheting a plant. I started with one we all know really well in the Coachella Valley, the cactus. What do you think? I started going gray May 2022. I turned 50 in December. Now to get serious on my body! Accountability is key, videos become relevant… I’ll be posting my progress for my future self. I’m not just interested in the weight on the scale but also the strength within my frame. 💪 I’m going to focus on my core strength with the next phase of my process of leveling up. This afternoon I heading out to the east valley of the #coachellavalley. First stop was in #coachella to visit with @greenroomtheatrecompany - @greenroom_theatre . I am grateful, I am worthy. I deserve ease…..this pictures makes me soooo happy on many layers. Thank you @terijowheeler - Soul-centered Coaching, Home Organizing & Education. | After one session with you I am feeling the momentum. 💕 Releasing 5 bags of ‘stuff’ from my art studio/office closet was therapeutic. 🙏🏼 I receive a lot of wonderful gifts and often feel obligated to keep them even when they are no longer serving me. 🙃 Can you relate? 🤔 they say, “When you release things that no longer serve you the universe brings in what you need. “ Allowing the release, sorting through my things, I came across this wonderful unfinished crocheted sweater top started by my grandmother on my father’s side. I put this in a box because I never met her and wanted to keep the project safe. I was not skilled enough at the time, 15 years ago, to complete this unfinished crocheted sweater. Coming across this now was divine! ☀️ I can finish the top! I have recently been exploring my crocheting skills over the last few months, just in time to finish our ( grandma Anna & me ) sweater. Thank you Teri Jo for this gift.
