hello please can you tell that is there anything given in novels what happened to jo yeong when he went in past and saved the king and passed out how did Lee gon take him back to his world was he badly injured what happened when he took injured jo yeong back to there time line and how did jo yeong and seung ah end up together

Sorry i am asking a lot actually jo yeong is my favourite character and i wasn't satisfied with the last episode as we didn't get any clarification of what happened and we didn't get to see jo yeong and seung ah a lot .

Please if you know some jo yeong story that was not clear in the drama pls share

Hi, sorry it took some time to reply to your ask, I was actually in Seoul to see my family and only just got back.

There isn't as much detail in the book. As far as I know, Jo Yeong wasn't that badly injured; and it doesn't say how exactly Lee Gon took him back.

Gon and Jo Yeong's very special bond is mentioned several times throughout the book; it is a mix of a very close friendship, a brotherly affection and a professional rapport between a King and his bodyguard. What I mean to say, is that during the end fight scene, there isn't much emotional turmoil coming from Jo Yeong: he sees what he has to do as his duty toward the King. He feels a lot of empathy and sadness towards young!Gon and he gently cradles his body to protect the little boy who lost his parent that night.

The book doesn't dwell on Jo Yeong and Seung Ah's relationship (there's barely any mention of her at the end).

The end of the novel mostly focuses on Gon and Tae-Eul but it does imply that Jo Yeong continues on with his Palace life as head bodyguard :)
