Reposted from @tabletopist Legendary ground 🎲🇬🇧📍 I’ve been wanting to visit Orcs Nest in London for quite a while, and now that I was attending London Toy Fair, it was the perfect opportunity for a quick off-site excursion. Orcs Nest is a magical place! The store is located in the heart of London, a few hundred metres from the Leicester Square tube station, and it has been running since 1987! It’s small is size, but the space is utilised to perfection with two floors full of games, collectibles, RPG items, miniatures and much more. I love visiting legendary places like this and hearing the stories of those standing behind the counter. The staff was super welcoming, helpful and extremely knowledgable! And of course I couldn’t help but buy a copy of Taverns of Tiefenthal by @wolfgangwarsch and @schmidt_spiele, which I’ve been wanting for quite some time now. Great experience! New games! Did not mean to buy a themed selection of games! Had an awesome day at @draughtslondon playing #castlesofmadkingludwig #coltexpress #escape and #heythat'smyfish :p it's amazing there, really recommend it, foods good, drinks are great and staff are lovely :) then we went to #Orcsnest and bought some games, even snuck in a trip to #forbidden planet :) #Nerdday :D
