very negative under the cut

I’m so overwhelmed and suffering so much physically and it’s making me suffer so much emotionally. I just melted down completely because I want to make myself a salad because it is food time but there is a leak in the kitchen and I can’t put the things from under the sink anywhere but the counters because the table is unfinished and the stuff is damp and I just don’t have the capacity to problem solve rn

and we’re ALSO still preparing for the pest guy so all the furniture has to be cleared off and every closet and shelf and the pantry as well and everything we own except dishes is in a giant pile in the middle of the living room and there are very specific rules about where things can be and throughout all of this I’m just trying desperately to keep everything clean and tidy but there’s no room to put anything!!

and I have two appointments in the next 2 days and a third one on Sunday and two of them require a LOT of sustained discomfort and I had to do laundry today despite waking up feeling like death and laundry makes me sick for days afterward even when i do it on a good day because it’s such a long walk

and it’s so hot and I have a headache from the light because we can’t use curtains rn and I’m like... just so miserable and overwhelmed and just can’t stop crying

because i can’t do this, i can’t live like this, I am so sick and so tired of being sick and so tired of my throat hurting so much and so tired of feeling like I have to pretend I’m less sick than I am and do more than I should and make myself sicker so other people don’t either worry or get annoyed and I’m just horribly unhappy and I need rest so desperately and I can’t have as much as I need

ive been trying so hard to hold it together and i was so proud of myself for like only crying a tiny bit today in secret but i just can’t hold it together anymore and there’s no one who can orwill or should comfort me and i’m so so sad and tired and i can’t do this
