is there a BEST skate shoe?

Personally, I THINK YES! I believe (from personal experience) that this shoe gives more ankle support than any other. I can't tell you how many time I have severely rolled my ankle on a trick yet was completely fine due to the thick chunky nature of the shoe. It's obviously not high top, so my theory is that the hard siding panel diverts friction down to the base of the shoe instead of the ankle.
