Day 5: I think everyone should love and cherish Mr. Bones from Origins SMP

Saw something over X/Twitter and it was a clip from Tommyinnit’s video how he and Mumbo build battles Jack and Grian? How Jack made a pit in his and Grian’s cottage, then only explained the pit as “The pit :D” like some cryptic until just breaking “Its a pit :|”. Then they said “Secret Life ep1 in a nutshell”

Well this got me thinking

What would Jack’s and BigB’s dynamic be like? (This is gonna be about their characters and not the ccs soooo-)

I mean, c!Jack was never takin serious (like somebody I know *cough cough* Jimmy *cough cough* /j) other than by c!Nikki, and he was mischievous as well villainous because his hatred for c!Tommy.

Now this isn’t all about c!Jack’s evilness because this also goes out for any other Jacks because they are just mischievous and again not taken super duper serious.

BigB on the other hand is kind and sweet and a funny silly guy! He isn’t taken serious either or at least he doesn’t try to be serious— that was until Limited Life as far as I’m aware, he begins his journey of being just observant and watching.

Onto Secret Life, BigB by the moment he creates “the hole”, he is absolutely cryptic gaslight gatekeep girlboss!

So with these two, my brain had processed their duo to be

Jack: “I am the Mastermind and he’s my accomplice”

BigB: “You’re still alive because I made a promise”

LIKE BECAUSE OF THE FACT BIGB WAS IN EVOSMP AND DEFINITELY HAS BECOME MORE WATCHER LIKE THROUGH THE LIFE SERIES AND ITS JUST LIKE DIEJIEJEIE

Bro just imagine after Jack is being picked on and all and then fucking BigB from going all sweet and sunshine- just immediately gives death glares and pulling his watcher card on whoever was messing with Jack.

I CANT HELP BUT JUST IMAGINE THEM AS THE EVIL VILLAIN (who is actually cringefail) AND THE HENCHMEN (who is secretly mischievous)

Welp those are just my thoughts! Good day-night people!

Summary In which the community play Tag

Notes This was written around when Techno finally logged in and selected his Origins. So I wrote a community tag session showing off his powers a bit. Also, Tommy and Jack curse because they do that

Story

A hand landed on Tubbo’s shoulder. “You’re it.”

Tubbo yelped at the large Hare’s words, nearly falling out of the air.

Techno’s hand slid off Tubbo, dropping down to the ground in a crouch. He grinned up at Tubbo. “No tag backs!”

Tubbo pulled up from his dive and hovered for a moment, looking around the other people scattered about, running from Techno. Tubbo grinned, turning toward the closest person.

“Tubbo’s it!” Techno bellowed out, which immediately caused the people who were heading toward Tubbo to scatter.

Wind whooshed past Techno, his long braid and fluffy ears snapping behind him. There was no greater joy than this; soaring through the air, his heart thumping from the adrenaline of the chase.

“Tubbo! No!” Techno heard the distant voice of Ranboo cry out, followed by the scattered, gleeful laughter of the community at large. Techno’s joyful wheeze joined in.

“Oh, Tech-no-blade~” The words followed the vwoop of Ranboo appearing beside him in the air.

Techno whipped his paw out, narrowly missing Ranboo.

Ranboo yelped and vwooped away. Techno landed and quickly glanced around for where the Enderian went.

Ah. He was over by Tommy. Techno heard Tommy’s screech from halfway across the field, and wheezed at the plethora of curses that followed.

“Ranboo! I’ll fucking get you next!” Tommy screached.

“No tag backs!” Several people yelled out in response.

“Oh, fuck you lot!” Tommy yelled back.

Techno leapt up onto one of the floating islands around the pub and hunkered down under one of the trees.

Phil flew past where Techno was hidden, his gleeful laughter making Techno grin.

“Oi! Fuck off, ye git!” Jack yelled, and the people who were close to him immediately scattered.

“Niki’s safe by default! Everyone else stay out of the water!” Sneeg bellowed out. For such a small man, his voice carried far. He was refereeing this game of tag since it was basically impossible to tag him unless weapons were allowed and even then only Phil managed to tag him.

And after Sneeg winning way too many times in a row, he was banned from participating in the general games, so he was stuck being the referee unless they were doing a game with weapons.

“Get back here, ye cock!” Jack yelled, as he narrowly missed tagging Beau.

Techno seated himself comfortably beneath the tree, stretching out.

This was nice. Playing with friends, enjoying their time together.

End Notes So, inspired by a comment I had gotten on this chapter when I posted it on ao3, I decided to think up how I think the restrictions for the Origins' crew tag game would work. I first posted the pic over on the bird app, but yall are gonna get it too :3
