How I feel about this character -- i'm finding it very hard to put into words how i feel about her. i feel such sorrow for her, mostly, because i know what's going to happen. i also don't think i've ever found a character so fascinating simply based on the actor that plays them, but i can't separate my love for emma from my love for rhaenyra and i don't think that's a bad thing

All the people I ship romantically with this character -- basically any woman but obviously after going through all of them she would always go back to Alicent. they were made for each other, i'll hear no other arguments

My non-romantic OTP for this character -- Laenor!! gay cousins always gotta stick together!

My unpopular opinion about this character -- not unpopular in my circles but if you stray into the wrong corner of twitter it's apparently very unpopular to say she has some gender dysphoria, even though it's......literally in the text of the show

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon. -- I WISH SHE WOULD KILL HER BITCH ASS GROOMER OF AN UNCLEHUSBAND AND THEN FLY AWAY ON DRAGONBACK WITH HER WIFE AND CHILDREN AND EAT CAKE ET CETERA (that was more than one thing oops. i'd sacrifice the rest for the first thing)

my wip pile grows ever larger. i'm not stressing to get all these things done but hey! ideas!

Laenor is a dragonrider, queer canonically, a battle commander, and I think it will be awesome to see him fleshed out more. Like he might be a really great husband to Rhaenerya because he isn't interested in making her a brood mare. (They will probably make it awful for some reason but I dare to dream of people being happy.)

And I desperately, desperately want to see Laena ride Vhagar. When she was tiny and all she wanted to ask King Viserys was about dragons I was like, "I love her."

I will probably be crushed when she dies but there was a brief clip of the actress on dragonback in the bts footage and it awakened something within me that forced me to get HBO Max.
