Yes I am! I actually read OUBH and TBONA in the last two weeks too. I was kind of late to that because I only finished the Caraval series in January (and there was no way I was starting anything incomplete again after FLF). I'm almost half way through ACFTL, and it is very enjoyable. I hope you can get your hands on it soon! Maybe we can talk about it afterwards.

47: what story are you most proud of?

oubh hard question ... i think my top three would have to be

horizontal transfer because its predecessor (vertical transmission) was written while i was going through A Time (marked by the horrific amt of sheer whump and angst in there) and horizontal transfer was sort of a project that ... reminded me that things do get better! and i've been getting better and i am still getting better! it's a fic about healing and recovery and even tho that series in general doesn't get a lot of love (which i do not mind at all tbh) it is very important to me personally

CHTHONIC bc sheer Vibe present in it tho it is quite old and i may have to re assess it for Fondness at some point

any time at all bc writing it did make me tear up which is quite difficult tho this is also another old one that i will have to reassess soon

honorable mentions for: dancer in the dark for being the figure skater au i have always wanted, rules of ascension for being so goddamn fucking long, and empire & the sun for being finished sans artist out of sheer spite

So in the epilogue of ACFTL, why do I have a feeling that The Prince that Aurora freed from the tree of souls may be The Lost Heir of Valenda.. yk? Maybe.. maybe not since it wasn’t confirmed if the heir was Scarlet and Tella’s mom.

idk but if this theory is correct, he could maybe challenge Scarlett for the throne 🤷‍♀️
