A chock full of bee hoon- aka Chinese vermicelli Stir fried in oyster sauce and black soya sauce and some other stuff. One of my favorite weekend breakfast at the food market. This is how it is served: on a wax paper over a plastic tray. I would add other stuff like eggs, bean curd, veg and minced meat roll etc to top the bee hoon. I used a different pen for this, a Namiki Falcon fountain pen.
