Ranboo had never told his friends or his fans about his twin brother, it just never seemed like important information and it never really came up. He had mentioned once or twice that he had a brother but had never said much more than that. So when he met up in the UK with Tubbo and Tommy, they decided to film a stream where they reacted to scary Buzzfeed videos.

They ended up choosing a video where Shane and Ryan had a special guest with them, that guest being you.

“So as I said before, today we have a special guest.” Shane dragged you on screen, your face covered with a mask and sunglasses. Tommy reached over and paused the video, turning to face Ranboo.

“You never told us that you were in a Buzzfeed video.”

“I wasn’t.”

“Dude, you’re standing right there.” Ranboo just unpaused the video, leaving the two bewildered.

“Here with us today is (Y/n), also known as (Y/T/n) on Twitch. Fun fact, he has a twin brother who is also a twitch streamer!”

“You have a twin brother?”

“Yep.”

“And you never told us?”

“You never asked.”

“As I’ve stated before, I will only do one demonic investigation per season so (Y/n) will be our sacrifice.”

“We’re also sleeping there!” The video went on to them explaining the place and what the plan was. Once inside they explored the place, catching all kinds of accidental evidence on camera. The freakiest thing about the whole video was the spirit box, it would only respond to you.

“What is your name?” The response was a mash of different words, no clear answer being given.

“(Y/n) you do it.”

“What is your name?” This time a clear response came through, it was a male’s voice saying a name.

“You’re seriously cursed dude.” Throughout the whole spirit box session, you were the only one able to get clear answers from the ‘demon.’ Leading the other two to believe you were cursed.

“I’m supposed to be in the UK with my brother, not doing this.”

“Alright well we’re all gonna try and get some sleep, we each have a camera and will all be staying in different rooms.” The whole staying in different rooms didn’t last long as banging noises in your room led you to hiding in Ryan’s room with him and then both of you running to Shane’s room when the banging followed you.

“It was probably just animals in the walls or something.”

“Nope, there was no way that an animal could make a noise that loud.” The video ended a short while later, leaving the three boys to chat.

“I think the scariest thing about this is the fact that you have a twin brother and that he’s coming to the UK.”

“He’s already in the UK, he’s staying with a friend of his.”

“I wanna meet him, tell him to come over.”

“I’ll call him tomorrow and see if he’s busy.”

“No, tell him to come over now.”

“Tubbo it is almost ten thirty, I’m not gonna make him come over.”

“We wanna meet RanBrother.”

“You can meet him tomorrow.”

“Which of you is older?”

“That’s not important.”

“It’s (Y/n).”

“How would you know that?”

“Because you refuse to answer the question.”

“That doesn’t mean anything.”

“It means you’re a little baby.”

So this is my first time writing a short and cause I don't have any request yet @sunflowerdaisybee was so kind and gave me one of theirs! This inspired me to do this short story hope you enjoy it. Btw I haven't written something this short in my life so I hope its good.

"Hey Ranboo did you know that Y/N is adopted?!" Tommy asks while pointing his camera at the taller male. Ranboo looks at Y/N with a raised eyebrow. "No Tommy I didn't know that."

Groaning, Tommy's brother slaps his arm, making the older one chuckle and turn the camera back onto Y/N. "He likes to tell this to everyone we meet, but you know at least they wanted me, unlike you." Y/N replies with a small smirk present on his lips.

"Fuck you man!" Tommy exclaims, chasing his laughing brother around the park the trio were currently in.

Flipping the camera that Tommy gave him before running off, Ranboo shakes his head chuckling before sayin, " Y/N may be adopted but their humor is surely the same. "

Running from crazy fans was not something the Bench Trio had expected or hoped for today. And yet they found themselves losing track of each other as they desperately ran in any open direction they could find, they could always regroup later.

Tumbling through many streets and occasionally in between buildings, Tubbo found himself in an unfamiliar part of town. The fans were gone, but so was his sense of direction, he had no idea how he had gotten to where he was or how he was going to find his way back.

“Fuck, what do I do now?” Tubbo looked around, he would’ve called Tommy or Ranboo but he didn’t want to get them caught by fans, so he shot a text in a group chat and paced around. Tubbo soon found himself in a more open part of town, though he still couldn’t figure out where he was. He did recognize someone though.

“Ranboo!” The shorter boy raced over to his tall friend, immediately gushing about how he was so tired from running and how he’s never been in this part of town before and how he was so glad to see a familiar face, er half face.

“Weren’t you wearing your black and white mask earlier? Maybe I’m just mixing up days. Anyways, let's try and find our way back, I’m sure Tommy is looking for us.” Naturally, you would’ve said something about how you were the other twin or how you weren’t Ranboo but with Tubbo’s constant chatter about being lost you simply didn’t have a chance to speak. Not that you were really going to say much anyways, you were kinda tempted to stay quiet and see how everything would play out, you only hoped that when Tubbo, and whoever he happened to be with, wouldn’t mind.

A short time had passed and Tubbo had eventually received a text from Tommy, he was at a park and with Ranboo or so he claimed.

“Tommy is crazy, how could he be with you if you’re right here with me? Crazy right?” Tubbo’s question was rhetorical, not that he would have given you a chance to answer anyways.

“Do you know where this park is? Wait why am I asking you, you’re not even from here.” Tubbo shook his head at himself, opening a gps app and looking for the park. Thankfully it was only about a minute walk from where the two of you were currently stood.

“Huh, I guess he somehow ran the same way as me. Anyways let’s go!” Tubbo cheerly grabbed your arm, dragging you in the direction of where Tommy was supposedly at. You were now hesitant to follow after him, he was going to meet with Tommy and your brother after all, your small prank would be revealed and whether they laughed or not would be decided only by fate.

As time dragged on, and Tubbo dragged you, you found yourself regretting going along with the idea in the first place, wanting nothing more than to be back where Tubbo found you.

“Look there he is! Tommy!” Tubbo waved excitedly, eventually bouncing off in Tommy’s direction, which you slowly followed in.

“Wait, Ranboo? How can you be with Tommy when I was just-” His words cut short as he looked between you and your brother, struggling to find words to complete the thoughts in his head.

“Oh hey (Y/n), what are you doing here?”

“Tubbo kidnapped me, he was talking so much that I never got the chance to tell him that I was me and not you so eventually I just followed along and figured I would explain later.” You rubbed the back of your neck as you explained yourself, awkwardly smiling at the trio.

“Yeah sounds about right, well would you like to join us? We were filming a video when we got chased by fans so now we have to change up the video plans a bit.”

“Sure, I’d love to!”

“You weren’t Ranboo? But I was calling you Ranboo and talking to you like I talk to Ranboo the whole time! You never said anything!”

“I never got the chance.”

You knew that when you woke up this morning you were sick, everything from the splitting headache to the nauseous feelings were evident of your claim. Being sick wouldn’t work for you though, you needed to film a vlog with your friends and if you were sick you’d either have to reschedule or miss it entirely, both of which you didn’t want to let happen.

“Fuck, I gotta start getting dressed.” You had allowed yourself to lay in bed for a few extra minutes in hope that the sick feelings would pass, but they didn’t. You were adamant about partaking in the vlog though so with slow moves you sat up, taking a moment to rest before standing up and moving to your clothes.

“(Y/n)! Glad to see you awake! You were so quiet in there we thought you might have died!”

“Heh, yeah almost felt like it.” Tubbo was the first to greet you, you having been the last one to join the group it was only right for him to greet you first. Ranboo was still half asleep and Tommy was finishing off the last few bites of his breakfast.

“You alright there Ranboo, you look a little tired?”

“I am tired, it’s too early to be awake. You ok though, you look a little pale?” All eyes fully turned to you at that, and Ranboo was right, you were paler than normal.

“Ah, it’s probably from how much time I’ve been spending inside. A little fresh air and sunshine should have me back to normal.” You knew that being inside wasn’t the reason you were pale but you couldn’t just tell the trio you were sick, they would’ve made you go back to bed and rest.

“Are you guys ready? I’d like to get this show on the road!” The three boys all responded with variations of yes, gathering themselves up and heading outside with you.

The day was warm and bright, perfect for the group vlog, though the good weather did nothing to make you feel better. If you’re being honest, being up and walking around in the sun all day had only made you feel worse.

“Hey (Y/n), you ok, you don’t look so good?” It was Tommy who had brought up your worsening condition, placing his hand worryingly on your shoulder.

“Yeah I- I just gotta sit for a second.” You tried to dismiss their worrying, muttering about how it’s nothing and you’re ok. They weren’t letting you dismiss them though, instead, they all moved to sit beside you, checking you over and making sure you were ok.

“Here, drink this.” Ranboo had passed you a water bottle from the bag he was carrying, opening it and holding it up for you. Tubbo had taken the items from your hands and held them so you could drink from the water and Tommy made a call to his mom.

“Hey mom, are you busy?” Tommy stepped away to chat with his mom about picking you all up while Ranboo and Tubbo sat with you.

“(Y/n), you should’ve said something earlier if you weren’t feeling well.”

“I, I didn’t want to ruin the vlog. I know the fans have been waiting for so long and I would’ve felt so bad if they had to wait even longer because of me.”

“Who cares what the fans think, your health is more important. You could’ve gotten hurt today, that was so reckless of you. I understand why you did it but you gotta take care of yourself, your health is more important than our fans.”

“As much as I appreciate the two of you, I do not appreciate the lecture. Is there any way we could save it for later, when I’m feeling better?”

“Fine, but only because I’m 99% sure you aren’t listening right now anyways.” It was by now that Tommy had rejoined the group, letting you all know that his mom was on her way to pick you all up and that she would be here soon.

“You didn’t have to call her, I could’ve made the walk back just fine.”

Hello sunflower, how've ya been ? :D (potential trigger warning ???) also I had this stupid idea which was the benchtrio + wilbur (platonic) going to a shooting range, and (male) reader having a dad who was in the army and who taught him how to work the thing, right- and so tommy's doing it wrong and reader walks up to tommy and he goes "no, you're doing it wrong." And to he just shoots the target spot on, bullseye, and everyone's like "what" like making this (👁👁) if it were a face

I know nothing about gun or shooting guns so I tried my best here with the minimal knowledge and what I looked up, I hope you enjoy! /pos /g

Taking your friends to a shooting range for a weekend fun day was something you never thought you would do, yet here you are. You watched closely as Tommy attempted to hold and fire the gun that he was using, though everything was all wrong, so before he could fire and hurt himself you asked him to wait and to switch on the safety of the firearm.

“You’re doing it all wrong, come here a sec.” You brought Tommy over to your booth, showing him the correct stance and how to hold the gun. You then imitated what it would look like when you shoot it, just so he could see.

“How do you know all this stuff?”

“My dad was in the army, he taught me all this years ago.”

“Does that mean you can shoot well?”

“If you count this as well.” You had all four step back and put their ear covers back on, stepping up into the lane. With no hesitation you fired the gun, hitting a direct bullseye on the target.

“Play a song, please.”

“I don’t know, I don’t wanna take away from the stream.”

“You won’t, just one song, please?”

“Fine.” Wilbur passed you the guitar, watching as you shifted the instrument around a bit.

“It’s a little different than the one I have at home.” You smiled as you started to play a bit of a random song.

“Hm.” With no hesitation, you reached up to take off your mask and glasses. The four boys seemed surprised at your action, did you forget the camera could see you. You looked at the four surprised boys and just shrugged, holding the guitar again.

With no coverings on your face, you began to comfortably play the guitar, singing along with it. Not only was chat freaking out about your face reveal but they were dying over your singing voice. You could sing this well the whole time?

There was more than one person suggesting that you and Wilbur make a song together. While you were singing Wilbur, Tommy, and Ranboo sat there mesmerized while Tubbo, who was also mesmerized, swayed back and forth softly.

As you finished with the end of the song all four boys clapped, cheering you on and asking for an encore.

“I don’t know, maybe one of you guys should sing next.”

“But I wanna hear you sing again, I’ve never heard you sing before.”

“I don’t think anyone has.”

“You should sing more often, you have a nice voice. And you play the guitar nicely as well.”

“Thank you Wilbur, you also play the guitar well.”

“Hello, welcome to the stream. Today we’re gonna be doing a lore stream with the bench trio, I’m very excited.” You gave chat your usual greeting, and although your words and face held no perceivable emotion, everyone could tell you were indeed excited.

Your stream was all set up and your face came on, displaying your more feminine clothing choice. Despite being a male you still wore feminine clothes, not that anyone minded.

Your character on the smp was often seen luring around one, or several, of the three boys as you were most fond of them. The character you played was a demon-type doll made by Dream XD, and due to being a doll, you had to learn human emotions and behaviors. This also allowed you to use your personality disorder to better portray your character.

“Humans are such fragile beings, acting so cowardly when faced with things they fear.”

“That’s because they’re afraid of them, even you should be able to understand that.”

“What do you fear Tommy?”

“Nothing you need to know about. Now let’s go, Tubbo and Ranboo are waiting for us.” You followed behind Tommy as he walked, leading you to where the other two were waiting.

“Those two are strange, and their child is stranger.”

“That’s rude.”

“Is it? I apologize.” Finally meeting up with the two you all set off, you weren’t sure what exactly they had planned. Though it was soon revealed as they trudged into a dark cave, lighting torches and lanterns for light.

“What are we doing down here?”

“Looking for a warden, I heard there was one down here and I want to kill it to prove how strong I am.”

“You’re gonna die.”

“That’s really morbid.”

“It was a joke.”

“Oh.” You pulled out a notebook, taking note of their reaction to your ‘joke.’ It really was meant to be a joke but with your lack of emotion, it was hard to tell.

“There it is boys.” Tommy smiled as the creature came into view, taking out a night vision potion as the lights started flickering out.

“Here take this.” Tommy handed you a potion as Tubbo and Ranboo downed theirs.

“Alright, I’m going in.” Tommy didn’t even last a minute as he was sent flying back towards all of you. He had severely underestimated the power that a warden has, despite their blindness.

“You’re bleeding.”

“I can see that.” You watched as Tommy struggled to sit up, Tubbo and ranboo having to help him due to the pain. You wrote down his reaction to pain, wincing as the other two tried to help bandage all bleeding spots.

“It would be better if you died.”

“What the hell is that supposed to mean?”

“He has a lot of severe injuries, they will take a long time to heal. He would be better off is he died.”

“That counts as making a threat (Y/n).”

“Sorry.”

You were well known on TikTok for your cosplays, they were top tier and portrayed the character brilliantly. As of recent, you had been cosplaying a lot of damp characters, and they were stunning. You had only cosplayed a couple of the characters so far, but everyone loved them and asked you for more content. You had done Ghostbur, Alivebur, Tommy, Tubbo, and Ranboo’s characters, and Philza and Mumza.

So of course, when the Bench Trio did a stream with Phil and Wilbur that was just media share and talking, the fans had to send in your vids. They would send in bits from videos of compilations of your Dsmp cosplays.

“Oh look at the Ghostbur cosplay, ah that is gorgeous.”

“Isn’t that the same person who had the Mumza cosplay from earlier?”

“Yeah, I think so.”

“Their cosplays look really good, where can we find them? Chat please help.”

“Oh, lemme look him up.” Everyone crowded around Tubbo as he looked for your TikTok, clicking on your profile.

“Oh wow, that is gorgeous. He even has a mini friend plushie!”

“Hold on, lemme follow him. He’s too cool to not follow.”

“I’m gonna follow him too.”

“I think we’re all planning to follow him.”

Sunflower !! Hi!! I thought of a request (and if youve seen it somewhere, it's cause im asking lots of different authors to see the idea in their style !!) so the idea is really angst,,, but its basically that reader (he/they) is a god/admin on the server and he's the dad figure of the bench trio (it can be cc! Or c! You can choose :} ) and so recently the benchtrio has been asking him for more and more things for creative mode. Like tommy asking him for netherite and reader struggling to say 'no' cause he doesn't wanna be a bad parental figure. His mental heal stars declining,,, cause he's just doing so much for these damn kids,, and the bench trio realizes and is just like "What have we done...." and then the end :p you can make it fluffy or angsty !! Most people on the server knew you as The Man of Many Wishes, as you were a god-type being that could grant any wish. At least that’s what the legends about you were, really you were just able to summon any item you wanted at no cost to you. Physically that is, as you had recurring guests that would always ask for items, which wasn’t the problem. You loved making a good deal and trading with fellow beings, but when the people ask you for things and don't give anything in return is when it starts getting to you.

You had adopted three boys almost as soon as you had been discovered by them. You were simply going about your day-to-day life, occasionally stopping by a few places to pick up things you needed. Just because you could create your own items didn’t mean you disliked supporting local businesses, plus it helped you to blend in with the other townsfolk.

It was when you were heading home that you stumbled upon a skeleton, it was hiding under a shady tree and had fired an arrow at you. The arrow struck you but did no damage, only sticking into your skin. You were quick to summon a sword and take down the mob, fighting with no hesitation. Once it was dead you plucked the arrow from you before using a summoned healing potion to close the wound.

Apparently, you weren't watching closely to your surroundings as three pairs of eyes watched you in curiosity. Did you just magically create items?

As creepy as it sounded, the three boys followed you home, watching your behavior closely for the next few days. Just as they were about to give up they saw you summoning in some items for yourself, prompting them to knock on your front door.

While everything was a tad odd, the four of you bonded quickly, you becoming like a father figure to the boys. Their fathers were either missing or terrible anyways.

They had started asking you for small things, only the things they needed. Then they began asking for things they wanted but simply couldn’t get right now. Then they began asking for anything they could think of.

“Hey, Dad could you summon me some netherite ingots? I need them to buy something.” You wanted to tell the boy no, tell him that he couldn’t rely on you for these kinds of things and needed to acquire his own goods, but you couldn’t. What if he hated you for saying no? What if he got so upset that he refused to talk to you again? What if he disowned you as his dad?

“Sure Tom, how many do you need?”

“Twenty-five is good enough, if that prick tries to raise the price again then I’ll kick his ass.” You passed the items to the boy who shouted a thank you as he left. What were you going to do with him?

“I don’t know Foolish, sometimes I feel like they only pretend to see me as their dad to get free stuff from me. I just feel used. I don’t know, I’m probably just overthinking it.” Words spilled from your mouth at record speed, all your worries and thoughts running out and flowing into your friend's ears.

“Actually that sounds kinda reasonable. I would probably think the same way.”

“But what do I do about it. I can’t just sit them all down and say ‘Hey do you guys actually care about me or do you just pretend to for free stuff because sometimes I don’t know.’”

“Well, technically you could.”

“Ok but think about how much that could break their hearts, I don’t want to do that to my boys.”

“Well something’s gotta give eventually, you aren’t gonna be able to keep this up forever.”

“Yeah, I know.” Foolish is a good friend, but this was something you’d have to work through on your own.

“What are you guys doing here?” The last thing you expected to see was all three boys sitting at your kitchen table waiting for you. They all had spare keys for emergencies but it seemed as though they had been there a while.

“We uh, we want to apologize for the way we’ve been acting recently.”

“I’m not sure what you’re talking about.”

“We heard you talking to Foolish earlier. We didn’t realize that we were making you feel that way and we’re sorry.”

“I promise you’re really my dad, I wouldn’t just use you like that! I’m so sorry for how I was acting, you're just really cool, please don’t unadopt us.”

“I’m not unadopting anyone, you can all calm down. And thank you for the apology, I suppose I should also apologize for assuming the worst of you all. I love you, my boys.”

“I love you too!” “Love you too dad.” “Love ya too.”

“Hey (Y/n) can we get a meow for the vlog?”

“No.” You dead stare at Tommy, ears twitching in annoyance. Currently, you and your three favorite boys were out filming a vlog, nothing too exciting just walking around and being general public annoyances.

“I don’t think I’ll ever get over how chill you are just walking around like that.”

“Eh, I don’t really care how people feel about it, just as long as they aren’t in my face about it then I have no business caring about their opinion.”

“Well, maybe you should care because you’re fucking disgusting.” All four of you stopped walking, turning around to face the girl.

“Uh, can I help you?”

“I don’t need help from some gross freak like you. You’re a fucking disgrace and you should be locked up in some cage somewhere.” You typically had a higher tolerance for people like this, you had been dealing with them for most of your life, but for some reason, your patience ran thin today.

Tommy noticed as you flexed your hands, you had naturally longer and sharper fingernails due to your cat tendencies and would use them in self-defense if needed. Ranboo must’ve also noticed as he stepped forward a slight bit, ready to catch you in case you attempted to lunge at the chick, Tommy wouldn’t let it get to that though.

“Excuse me ma’am but there seems to be a mistake here, you’re the one who should be locked away. You’re out running around like a feral dog with its ass on fire, should we call animal control on you?” The woman sputtered for a second before trying to argue back, only to be cut off by Tubbo.

“You’re really funny looking, are you sure she’s a dog? Seems more like a possum or a deformed rat to me.”

“You’re on the right track Tubbo but she’s not cute enough to be a possum. Remember that shark I showed you the other day, the goblin shark? I think she looks like that.”

“Definitely.” The woman was furious now, steam partially shooting out her ears.

“I outta kill you punks!”

“Run!” The four of you ran, doing your best to dodge the hands of the crazy lady. You were running for what felt like hours before you actually managed to lose her.

“Holy shit, that was funny as hell.”

“How are we gonna get home? She could still be lurking around.”

“I could call my mom and ask her to come get us.”

“Yes please.”

“Hello?” Your voice echoed throughout the quaint home, calling out for any residents within reach.

“In here!” The voice of one of your dear friends echoed back to you, beckoning you into the home. Following the sound of his voice, among others, you found yourself standing in the kitchen of the home.

“I see you’ve all started without me.” You sent warm smiles to all five males, greeting each with a wave.

“Well maybe if you hadn’t taken so long we would’ve waited.”

“Oh that’s not fair, you know I was unusually busy today. I did my best to finish everything I could on time.”

“You use that excuse every time.”

“It’s not an excuse if it’s true.” He was right though, you had said the same thing many times before.

There was one time that you had showed up late to a picnic, the food was all eaten but you didn’t eat much anyways. You, of course, were busy with your godly duties and had run late.

Then there was the one time you had been so wrapped up in your work that you had missed the small concert the Wilbur was putting on for the family, thankfully he was willing to give an encore the next day.

Another fond moment of yours was when Tubbo and Ranboo had asked you to watch Michael. You were so caught up in teaching him about your work that you were several hours late to dropping him off, not that any of you minded.

“Laugh all you want but I don’t have to make time for any of you, I try my best.”

“That is very true, and we are very grateful for your time. Right boys?” Phil shot the boys a playful glare, prompting them to respond.
