couldn’t watch it live bc i was away so i just finished watching the race and i have to say esteban’s defending against lewis was delicious 😌
#p4 babey!!! alpine overtaking mclaren again in the constructor’s championship#also ouch @ charles for his little mistake at the end but i sure don’t mind lol#to be fair to him his tyres were a mess at that point#also congrats @ nicky for the POINTS#f1#and a big congrats to max of course. LMAO that was such a chaotic way of winning the championship though#like a mid-interview ‘oh btw you just won the championship’ ??? bc of charles being demoted to 3rd and them apparently getting full points#for a finished race which a lot of ppl (including me) didn’t know was a rule lol. and then they put him in a little room they’d prepared#where he had to sit awkwardly and look at a projection of himself until he couldn’t take it anymore lmao#but yeah he’s been completely dominating this season so it’s well deserved for sure. like this can’t be contested#unlike last season’s mess
