the thing that gets me is that scott was radio silent during the period where sb was a fresh release when fans were shitting on steel wool and saying it was all their fault and that they should be ashamed and that they ruined Scott's game. it's the fact that he let them take the fall and let them get years worth of hate for something that isnt their fault before finally releasing any kind of statement in this interview revealing the truth

outside of them themselves and my own personal preference, them being a mlm ship and also not canon and completely hypothetical are huge factors to me. it's so interesting building them up in all of these different interpretations since theres not much canon to go off by, but the canon we DO have is really good

and now speaking of the ship itself the last point I made applies because ggy the book is just. really good. when you read it for the first time it's fine but then you reread it and notice things and look deeper and you find all of these things making the friend group you thought was average way more deep and you see everyones flaws, and that makes them interesting. the book revolves around tony and ggy so we get the most about them, and what it shows us about them makes me claw at the walls

it showed us how tony is obsessive when it comes to mysteries because of his dad being put in prison and how he cant handle not getting to the bottom of a mystery because of it, and that obsession has driven a wall between everyone and him. then he meets the most mysterious guy in the universe Rab and he becomes obsessed with ggy to an unhealthy degree while also slowly starting to prefer greg over his best friend since he was 4 (which like how am I not supposed to like the ship when tony inadvertently became obsessed with Gregory throughout the whole book that's so funny😭)

they're both flawed people and even outside of ggy Tony's relationship with Gregory is almost purely hypothetical since they never actually met. but making aus or story ideas where tony survives after the end of ggy has so many possibilities for his and Gregory's relationship

theres a whole new world if you think tony dies and Gregory mourns later on when he gets freed, theres whole new worlds if tony goes on a quest to save Gregory or if Gregory fights back against ggy to save Tony's life or whatever could happen. everything u could think of has potential and it could all be unique and different and could hit off their relationship in tons of different ways

and their relationship has so many directions it could go becuase of their respective characters. in my personal interpretation of them, Tony's obsession doesnt go away after he survives the ggy attack and he tries to track down greg after he goes missing after the attack, and when he finds him it's a year later and greg isnt actually greg at all but Gregory. to me the idea of tony having an idea of Gregory in his head that was never him and that he has to unlearn would cause drama between them but it makes their bond stronger. tony has to get worse before he can get better to me, and that playing out with Gregory as they get older is so good to me

and amneisiac gregory is one of my fave things so the idea that Gregory slowly remembered tony over the course of living with 3 star fam and had an idea of him too, and when he shows up on his doorstep hes excited to meet him and the fact that tony is from Gregory's past thats a whole mystery to him he means a lot to him immediately

I guess tldr they're so interesting to me because they have all the potential in the world and a thousand different things you could do with them, but also their characters themselves are already just so interesting and fleshed out that it's fun to see how they could get to a relationship from their starting points and how flawed they are. they're not immediately compatible and they have so much about themselves and their personal stuff to work through at the time they meet but they go through growth together and it makes them rlly close. they make eachother better people as they get older :)

vanessa and hypothetical movie Gregory make me so insane like. vanessa said herself that Mike and abby have eachother. even if she views them as important and close to her I dont think shed ever be able to not feel like shes intruding on their family. they're biological siblings and are probably closer than ever after the 1st movie

vanessa has no biological family left. she may have never had any siblings (and if she did it was prob cassidy and well. hes dead) and her dad was the devil and is also dead

but like imagine if Gregory is in the second movie and vanessa has a chance to save a child potentially like how she was at his age. if Gregory were troubled and had no-one (nobody good) and was maybe forced to do 'bad' things for whatever reason, like stealing money or food, potentially for his parents, probably to survive, which vanessa also did. she obeyed her dad out of terror, vanessa could relate to him and see another her

they could be somebody for eachother after having no one and vanessa doesnt feel like shes intruding, she doesn't feel guilt, shes finally helping a child instead of hurting and finding that they arent so different and that he reminds her of herself as a child, and now she gets to be the adult she always needed as a kid

I feel like the glamrocks would be all over everywhere in every store like how sanrio is irl in the fnaf universe. you go to Walmart theres a whole cardboard bin full of glamrocks squishmallows. theres glamrock Freddy chairs. theres an entire section for the glamrocks in five below and theres at least 8 posters for the pizzaplex and its characters there too. malls have super expensive $80 backpacks and $50 hoodies/sweaters. all of these things go for thousands resold once the pizzaplex goes under.

me after thinking about the parallels that could come between Gregory and Freddy (glitchtrapped victim who became themselves for one night only and saved/protected somebody) and Tony and Bonnie ((possibly) stuck their nose where it didnt belong and payed the price for it and was killed by someone they cared about then left in a dusty back room to be forgotten)

so you guys know the theory about the glamrocks and Vanny chasing Gregory not just so they can kill him, but because they're trying to get the freshly freed Dr Rabbit/GGY now with memory loss back to re-glitchtrap hin before he escapes?

it holds up so much more when you think about Vanessa telling you to go to the main stage at 6am. it's the end of the night, she and the glamrocks failed at catching Gregory, but as a last ditch effort, she tells you to go to the main stage, where the first therapy disc is. the therapy discs that show you patient 46. aka, Gregory.

and when Gregory's actually goes to the main stage like Vanessa said and dies to Moon if he doesnt find the tape u know what appears?

THIS new mission appears.

this was Vannys last ditch effort to get GGY back. her plan A. she was trying to get Gregory to remember who hes supposed to be (GGY) by giving him the tapes to listen to

its so clear GGY is canon or meant to be with all of the evidence, and how much sense it makes when listening to tapes and thinking of the story in new context. it fills in so many blanks and you just go "ooohhh" when you learn about it and what it does to the narrative, especially after ruin, with the 3 star fam being the 'survived glitchtrap and have each lost something to it but now weve teamed up to keep it locked up forever' team. i want help wanted 2 to confirm GGY sooo bad

heres something interesting i noticed about the ruined designs! each ruined animatronic designs of the original evil 3 of SB all have parts of their design that kinda recreate something recognizeable from their original looks.

chica has a trash bag in her middle to make up for the broken space so it appears she still has her light pink dark pink leotard look. she also has orange/yellow melted cheese on her mouth to represent her beak. the cheese also fills in the gaps with chicas torso to help aid the complete leotard look i mentioned earlier

roxy has a lot of attention brought to her green strand because it stands out and is recognizeable as roxy. she also has red wiring on her arm to make up for her lack of shoulder pad, and red wiring on the left side of her torso to create the illusion of her shirt, and on top of that the broken plastic on her torso piece resembles the star pattern on her shirt. her pelvis is also singed from the fire in SB and is red to resemble her clothes

monty is the most far gone from his original personality in his design. the fact that hes only half of an animatronic is enough but also they brought attenton to his mowhawk because its blaringly monty. they also made some parts of hid endoskeleton a lighter rusty color to resemble his underbelly color

my point after all of this is comparing all of these design decisions to ruined Freddy

with this design, they removed the two most recognizeable things about freddy: his lightning bolt and his face. his head is completely gone, which is a big deal, and the blue lightling bolt is almost completely ripped off.

they chose to stick with fun FNAF 4 refs with ruined freddy with the lack of a head and stomach mouth, and i think that its genius. the callbacks are cool and all, but i think the fact that they removed what makes Freddy look like himself from this design really hammers in how its NOT freddy. our freddy is canonically somewhere else outside with Gregory and Vanessa. this Freddy is only a shell of ours and it shows with how unrecognizeable it is.

with the others, they designed them so you can still see that even after all this damage theyre STILL themselves. but sith Freddy, they remove everything recognizeable he had before, because it ISNT him.

youre not supposed to see him as same old freddy and they removed what makes him himself from this design and on top of that, they gave us cool early fnaf references and also made the one safe place for Gregory in SB super dangerous looking. i just think SW are geniuses thats all
