Hiện nay, nhà nước đã đặt ra các mức phạt khác nhau để thiết lập hình phạt nghiêm túc nhằm ngăn chặn hành vi lái xe khi đang chịu ảnh hưởng của chất cồn. Nồng độ cồn là gì?

Nồng độ cồn (hay còn gọi là hàm lượng cồn) là một chỉ số đo để biểu thị lượng cồn có trong một dung dịch, trong máu hoặc trong hơi thở. Nồng độ cồn thường được biểu thị dưới dạng phần trăm. Ví dụ, nồng độ cồn 0,08% có nghĩa là trong mỗi 100 phần máu, có 0,08 phần là cồn.

Mức nồng độ cồn trong cơ thể bị ảnh hưởng bởi nhiều yếu tố như loại cồn tiêu thụ, cân nặng, giới tính và khả năng chuyển hóa của cơ thể. Tại nhiều quốc gia, việc đặt mức nồng độ cồn cho phép khi lái xe được luật quy định chặt chẽ để đảm bảo an toàn giao thông và giảm nguy cơ tai nạn do ảnh hưởng của cồn. Người lái xe với nồng độ cồn trong máu vượt quá mức cho phép sẽ phải chịu hình phạt và các hậu quả pháp lý theo pháp luật.

Cách tính đơn vị cồn trong rượu, bia

Nồng độ cồn được đo bằng số mililit ethanol nguyên chất trong 100 mililit dung dịch ở nhiệt độ 20 độ C. Cách tính đơn vị cồn trong rượu, bia như sau:

Đơn vị cồn = Dung tích (ml) x Nồng độ (%) x 0,79 (hệ số quy đổi)

Trong đó:

Đơn vị cồn là lượng cồn được đo bằng gram.

Dung tích (ml): là thể tích của đồ uống (bia, rượu, v.v.).

Nồng độ (%): là phần trăm nồng độ cồn của đồ uống.

0,79: là hệ số quy đổi để chuyển từ phần trăm nồng độ cồn sang gram cồn.

Ví dụ: Để tính đơn vị cồn trong một chai bia có dung tích 500 ml và nồng độ cồn là 5%, bạn có thể sử dụng công thức như sau: 

Đơn vị cồn = 500ml x 5% x 0,79 = 9,9 gram

Vậy, một chai bia 500ml với nồng độ cồn 5% sẽ chứa khoảng 10 gram cồn, tương đương với 1 đơn vị cồn.

Hành vi vi phạm: Người điều khiển xe máy trên đường có nồng độ cồn trong máu hoặc hơi thở nhưng chưa vượt quá 50 miligam/100 mililít máu hoặc chưa vượt quá 0,25 miligam/1 lít khí thở.

Mức phạt: Phạt tiền từ 2.000.000 đồng đến 3.000.000 đồng.

Hình thức xử phạt bổ sung: Bị tước quyền sử dụng giấy phép lái xe từ 10 tháng đến 12 tháng.

Vì vậy, nếu bạn bị bắt gặp vi phạm với mức nồng độ cồn chưa vượt quá 0 25 miligam/1 lít khí thở, bạn sẽ phải trả một khoản tiền phạt từ 2.000.000 đồng đến 3.000.000 đồng và đồng thời bị tước quyền sử dụng giấy phép lái xe trong khoảng thời gian từ 10 tháng đến 12 tháng. El centro monumental está en Durbar , pero como si fuera el epicentro de un gran terremoto, desde allí y a su alrededor se entretejen calles, pasadizos, plazas, rotondas que albergan bellas estupas, pagodas, lugares de oración...y un gran mercado de bienes locales ( Asan bazar) y de todo tipo de artesanía y caprichos para el visitante (Thamel).

Paseamos Indra Chock desde Thaithi tole, al sur de Thamel, y vamos descubriendo lugares asombrosos como la plaza q alberga la estupa de Kathesimbh.

Donde realizamos la kora y visitamos un taller de Thangkas, donde un nepalí amable nos explicó todo sobre dichas pinturas....por supuesto salimos con un par de ellos ....(Expresan Ohm mani panme om)

Deambulamos por las callecitas dedicadas al comercio : especias, tejidos y trajes, objetos de adorno , zapatos....todo un bazar de colores...

Esquivando motos y motocarros, seguimos camino hasta acabar en una pequeña y familiar tienda de té nepalí. La encantadora dueña nos preparó un té verde siguiendo todo el ritual....asombroso y generoso...

Por supuesto nos traemos tres preciosas y pulcras cajitas de té azul. Té verde y Té dorado para nuestras tardes de invierno en casa.

Nigerians and Women Arrested in Gurugram for Duping Hundreds Of Women via Social Media

GURUGRAM: In a recent development, the Gurugram Police have taken into custody six individuals, comprising four Nigerians and two women, on charges of defrauding numerous women through social media networks. The police investigation revealed that this gang would establish connections with young women via various social media platforms, eventually persuading them to part with their money with the assistance of the arrested women.

It all began when the police received a complaint on March 13 from a woman who claimed to have struck up a friendship with a man on social media. The man, presenting himself as a doctor residing in the United Kingdom, engaged her in conversations over the phone. On April 4, the woman unexpectedly received a call from an alleged customs official, who informed her that a consignment of gold and foreign currency had been dispatched in her name. Consequently, she was instructed to pay a tax amounting to Rs 45,000, which she promptly did. Subsequently, she ended up transferring an additional sum of Rs 8.85 lakh as supposed tax payments to the suspects.

Disturbed by the turn of events, the woman decided to bring the matter to the attention of the police, leading to the registration of a case at the cybercrime police station A (east) in Gurugram. During the course of their investigation, the police successfully apprehended six suspects from Mohan Garden in Delhi. The arrested individuals include Samuel Ubaka Igwatu, Emmanuel Chukwudi, Anidebe Emeka Alex, Audimnobifitu Aloysis (a Nigerian national), and Wassomichon and Chanchamaliyu Panme (both residents of Manipur).

Further inquiries revealed that the Nigerian national had been residing in India illegally, with their passport and visa having already expired. In addition, the police recovered a significant amount of incriminating evidence from the possession of the suspects, including 16 mobile phones, 18 SIM cards, four laptops, six debit cards, several pen drives, three passports, and Rs 31,000 in cash.

Sharing details regarding the arrest, Priyanshu Diwan, the Assistant Commissioner of Police (cybercrime), stated, "The accused individuals employed a modus operandi involving the establishment of friendships with young women through social media. Together with the arrested women, they manipulated the victims into parting with their money."
