I just saw someone proudly say that paraphilias are inherently traumagenic.

1) That's wrong. There's a lot of cases where a paraphilia is caused by traumatic experiences, but there's also genetic/biological factors.

2) You can be a paraphile without being disordered. That's common sense, I fear.

I'm tired of having these conversations, everyone get more woke and knowledgeable on paraphilias NOW!!!!!
