These Parents Regret Having Children - And That's Okay!

Some parents deeply regret having kids but face immense stigma for feeling that way. There are many reasons one may regret parenthood - the sacrifices, the daily misery of raising children, feeling unsuited for the responsibility, or never really wanting kids to begin with. Whatever the reasons, regretting parenthood is seen as selfish and parents are shamed into hiding these feelings. But it's important we destigmatize this.
