I think transformers should lean more into the uncanny aspects, especially with their alt modes. As a treat. Like, at a first glance everything looks normal, but there are little things that only mechanics and car nerds pick up on, details that don't line up with the model, and even though it's turned off, something about it feels alive, and there's this lingering feeling that it's watching those who come near.

You know, Fen-teeny-tiny, as far as hypertrophy's concerned, it's really all about the stretch you get when you do lat pulldowns. See, when most people do lats, they're using their arms too much. Not me. I get that full stretch on the lat when I do my pulldowns. It's how I get this dorito shape. Not that you'd know what a lat stretch feels like, Fen-twerp. I don't even think you know what a lat is. But it really is all about the stretch. When I work my triceps, for example, I always go overhead with my extensions because that's what gets you the best stretch on the long head. It's why my arms are so thick. Unlike yours, which are so thin I'm surprised this slight breeze isn't snapping them in half. If you ever wanted to do a push or pull day with me, Fent-RPE-0, I could show you the ropes. My gym program is insane. Max failure on every set. You'd be so sore the next day. Not that I care, or anything, I'm just saying—

so we all know how in tfp, once starscream gets the omega keys, he ends up taking them back to megatron, but i'd like to propose an alternative ending.

starscream's smart. he's a schemer. he knows how to grab power when he can. and i imagine he knows that being under the autobots, while not having as many resources as the decepticons, would be better than struggling on his own. not to mention, what better way to try and kill megatron than teaming up with the ones who want him dead?

so, starscream makes a bargain with the autobots: using the keys as leverage, he promises he'll give them back to the autobots - if they can help him kill megatron. once they do, he'll be out of their way, and they'll have the keys.

he doesn't like the idea of becoming an autobot, really. he's still a decepticon at heart, a believer in megatron's original cause before he became so fixated on killing optimus. but if doing this means that megatron will finally die, then so be it.

cue season three being an awkward, emotional slow burn as starscream gets more and more attached to the autobots (and even the kids) over time, and once the time comes for him to leave, he's not sure if he wants to anymore.
