Kasumi seemed deep in thought about the pizza. He was certainly disappointed that he couldn’t watch it be made, though the idea of making one himself appealed to him. “So we just have to wait a bit, and then we can eat tasty pizza... sounds like a good deal!” he said happily.

“Um.. maybe i can bring you some heaven food sometime?? Although i’m not entirely sure that it’s healthy for humans, and I don’t want to end up poisoning you. That would make me sad,” the angel said with a slight pout. “It’s mostly sweet stuff that’s high in calories. Actually, something humans got right about us angels -- ‘angel food cake’ is quite similar to what we eat.”

“So.. tomatoes and cheese aren’t usually sweet, but they are yummy? And cut into perfect triangles!” he cheered, happily humming a little tune as he looked around at the restaurant and his two companions.

Stanislav listened to the two discuss pizza, heaven food--all stuff that was of disinterest to the vampire. It wasn’t as if he could partake anyways, and most of the delicacies both the wiccan and angel spoke of were either nonexistent or unreachable during his time as a mortal.

His eyes bore into the angel, and Stanislav seemed tense. As much as he would have wanted to glance at his phone, to check his emails--oh god, the emails--he forced himself to remain eerily still. Instinctively, he rest his hand on Kiki’s lower thigh as if to comfort himself, to keep steady.

After remaining silent the entire time, once their order was called out; Stanislav gave a slight bow of his head. “Excuse me, I’ll fetch it.” He stood up from where he sat, approaching the front. Taking a moment to regain his composure, just a break from the overwhelming energies of both Kiki and Kasumi, he returned to their seating with the pizza and tow and set it before each of them.

Silently, the vampire king sat back down in his seat beside the wiccan and intently watched the two; as he couldn’t do much else. “Go on, please eat.”

“If I die by heaven food would I perhaps become an angel? That would certainly be interesting. Please bring me heaven food sometime! It sounds delicious, I love anything sweet since it’s part of the Kiki diet” Just imagining being an angel was a delightful thought. Beautiful wings, flying, a city in the sky, and the sweetest sweets. “Heaven sounds lovely but I can understand why you’d come to earth. This world is gorgeous though it can also be ugly as well.” She softly gasped as she felt Stans hand rest on her thigh. Of course though she made no comment, enjoying his touch. “Do you happen to know what happens to people when they die? Since heaven is for angels then where do dead souls end up?” It was a question that had been on her mind since meeting the angel. But also a question she had always wondered since her fascination with graveyards and the dead began.

She noticed that Stan was being rather silent though she assumed it was because he didn’t know much about food. After all he was a vampire he had no use for it, hopefully they weren’t boring him. Giving a nod as Stan went to go get the pizza, she smiled at Kasumi. “The pizza is ready! I hope you enjoy it” she wastes no time grabbing herself a slice and taking a bite of the cheesy goodness.
