La sauvegarde automatisée y avez vous pensé ? non parce que je dis ça, je dis r... Ah bah si ! Car ça peut vous faciliter la vie.

Depuis plusieurs années, nous avons pris le reflex de sauvegarder nos documents importants sur des disques durs ou sur des clouds. Mais il reste encore une large portion de gens qui ne sauvegardent rien du tout, ou seulement de temps en temps, seulement quand ils y pensent. La plupart de nos données dorment dans nos ordinateurs et sont parfois oubliées. Quand on pense enfin à les sauvegarder c’est souvent déjà trop tard. Aïe... Notre précieux petit boitier est illisible car souvent trop mal utilisé, ou bien on l’a perdu lors d’un déplacement et alors nos données enregistrées sont accessibles à n’importe qui. Oups...

BREF, penser tout le temps à enregistrer ses données c’est long et ça nous vient pas forcément à l’esprit. Non, parce qu’on ne sauvegarde déjà pas pendant qu'on écrit un document Word et hop! coupure de courant, tout est à recommencer, joie... Alors le faire pour TOUTES les données de nos ordinateurs, smartphones, tablettes et j’en passe, on sait que ça va être long. Et forcément on a pas envie d’attendre devant notre PC sans rien faire que ça se fasse tout seul. Mais il existe une solution !

J’utilise la sauvegarde automatisée d’helixee ! 

L’avantage des sauvegardes automatiques sur les disques dur c’est qu’on ne s’en occupe pas ! Ça se fait tout seul. Dans le cas d’helixee, c’est l’application qui va venir scanner tous vos documents, vos photos, vos vidéos, vos musiques, vos contacts et même vos e-mails si vous le souhaitez, et les copier dans le disque dur connecté helixee.

Sur ces exemples, toutes mes données ont été sauvegardées 💪

Ah et oui parce que ce n’est pas un disque dur comme les autres ! Votre helixee est connecté en Wi-fi !

Vous pouvez accéder à vos données à distance. Où que vous soyez, vous pouvez consulter et télécharger vos données. Elles sont sécurisées même avec un accès à distance car helixee va les chiffrer et les cloisonner pour les sécuriser au maximum. 

On peut alors avoir une centralisation de ses photos simple, efficace et automatique, absolument sans effort.

Updating your helixee

Your helixee automatically updates at night if it remains on and connected to the network (with RJ45 or Wi-Fi). The latest version of the helixee operating system is helixeeOS 2.0, make sure that your helixee remains connected to your network to benefit from the patches that this version supports:

How do I check if my helixee has installed the latest version available?

Log on my.helixee.me and go to My account > My helixee, the version number is mentioned at the bottom of the page.

If helixee is not on version 2.0, it is possible to update it manually:

Unplug its power, Connect it to your network with the RJ45 cable, and then reconnect its power supply

After a few minutes, the light will turn white blinking, which symbolizes the app is updating

When the light turns into green, helixee is operational again and updated

Why do I need to update my app regularly?

Our customer service brings to light your remarks and suggestions to our developers, that are then taking into account to improve helixee.
