Where do i start My Love from the day we meet or the day you died . In the lead up to arguably the biggest game of the season, Carlton and Collingwood will meet in the 13th Richard Pratt Cup. The slogan ahead of the game signifying the importance, “this game is bigger than footy”. The match is a display of the two rival clubs come together “to raise important funds for life-saving cancer research. Both Football clubs posted a message from the respective coaches Craig Macrae and Michael Voss, highlighting the importance of raising awareness for male cancers. The clubs posted the message on Twitter and Instagram and provided a link to the PeterMac Foundation. On the website, the link provides some alarming stats that highly encourage men to have a check-up. Regarding Post engagement, the Carlton twitter post has 190 likes and 7 retweets, while Collingwood has 251 likes and 18 retweets meaning most likely has a higher engagement rate.

Craving acceptance

I spend so much time thinking of ways to improve myself, so I can make friends and seem interesting to the ones who have left. I have never been as scared as I was the day I was diagnosed with cancer, the support I needed from friends wasn't there. And it never came. I don't need anyone's acceptance, I don't need your attention or approval. I just battled cancer and came out more wounded than I ever imagined. But fuck I'm proud, I'm still standing and breathing and screaming and i refuse to be silenced. I am beautiful and I am so proud of the person I have become. I may be lonely, but I'm alive.
