Hi, fun to meet meet another Norwegian here 😀. So I thought of something... In the notes of that comic asked me "what is wrong with Scandinavia"... I've also seen many Americans talking about wanting to cancel Spain over their history... Which is honestly unfair. Yes Scandinavia, Spain, Japan, and wherever has much terrible history, but so does USA, let's look forward and at good people rather than judging everyone..! Anyway, so I have an idea but no matter what I do, I'm terrible at sharing it, so maybe you have more luck.

So due to their survey, Seven Seas Entertainment published (look at the second slide Shimanami Tasogare. And late last year they started accepting stories from all over the seven seas rather than just Japan. So what if..! We tell friends and family, and somehow make a viral post (maybe blazing it? But I have no idea how to make people interested in actually reading it...) where we suggest people fill the likes of Nordlys📒, Phenomena📔, Ragnarok📒, Krypto📒, Dragens Øye📒, Arkin📒, Underbyen📒, Oppfinneren📒, Mia Myhr og barna som forsvant 📒, Mørkalven📒, etc (Both Snøkattprinsen and Ravneringene have been licensed in English already if you are wondering why they aren't included). And from other countries such as Royalty Witches📔📒, Asynja📔, MiniMonsters📒, Phantomland📒, Dinokid📒, Nidur📒, Leyendas de Parva Terra📒, Incanto📔, Strawberry Moon📔📒, Cronache del Regno della Fantasía 📔📒, Donde los Árboles Cantan📔, Mystical 📔, etc. Into it! Some with “[story] by [author]" others by pasting the urls..! One can also send them to the likes of Dark Horse, but they do not seem as open to suggestions... And by this, maybe we can help more creators getting out there like they deserve! It'll be amazing to give them that as a present before the year end!

Idk that much about Seven Seas but it seems cool and a good place to buy books! I filled in the form with Mystical, Phenomena, and a comic i actually own, Oppfinneren bok 1: Jakten på evighetsmaskinen! I love that book SO much and can't wait for the next in the series. Everything about it is just so good.

And no worries its no bother, i love books and I'd love for these books to get read by more people! U put a lotta work into that ask it seems, i like your engagement

anyways, i’ve decided to do a little something. it’s not fanart because honestly, art is hard (who would’ve thought)

instead... i’m doing some writing

on jon and chie (with a sprinkle of amber). characters belong to @maariamph

i’m doing this because 1) i love phantomland and 2) i want to practice improving my writing. now, don’t judge me. this is my first time writing headcanons (sorry if they’re too ooc) and i’m doing this mostly based off of the fluffy sketches i see of jon and chie

anyways, enjoy this scenario i made up :-)

“You should get some sleep.”

Even though Chie is improving in training with Jon she still has to work hard in order to not lose that effort. And she does.

Sometimes, in fact, she overworks herself to the point of (almost) passing out

Of course, Jon doesn’t let this slide

At first, Jon scolds her and, to Chie, even seems disappointed and irritated

This drives her to work harder

Being as stoic as ever, Jon contains his conflicted feelings. He sees Chie push herself and wants to make her rest for a proper amount of time. However... at the same time, he wants to encourage her to keep pushing. He wants her to be better. Stronger.

Some twisted part of him wanting to see the fight in this girl grow

But also so that if he ever wasn’t there, she would be okay.

Amber is more observational than one would think and, of course, it doesn’t go unnoticed by her that Jon is a little preoccupied

She doesn’t beat around the bush

She pats (pretty aggressively) him on the back (he chokes a little on his drink) and tells him to either stop worrying about her for one goddamn minute, or, to do something about it (a little more calmly this time)

God knows how many times Amber (and Elias) have seen this type of situation with Jon and Chie

So. Being the gentleman he is, Jon approaches Chie (for the nth time) with a less intimidating aura surrounding him and sinply says

“You should get some sleep.”

Chie looks at him with exhausted eyes that say ‘thank you’ and is led to her bedroom

With the little strength she has, she scoots under the covers and mumbles “tuck me in” with a little drowsy smile

Jon pointedly looks at her

But soon she is dead asleep and quiet as ever

Jon stands there for a bit. Then clicks his tongue

And tucks her in
