New year, new painting! ✨️ I hope you had a good start into the new year!

Proyecto Final - Foto de Moda

La secuencia fotográfica busca representar el contraste de la geometría humana con distintos colores que juegan con lo surreal. La sobre saturación del color en las imagenes logra que se enfoque la persona en las prendas que esta usando el personaje y en sus anormales poses en la fotografía.

Siguiendo la escuela de Aldridge me enfoqué en recrear una serie de poses que son poco usuales y que no esperas ver en una serie de moda en donde el enfoque debería encontrarse mayoritariamente en la ropa. Al tener una peculiaridad en el personaje, ayuda a resaltar mucho mas las prendas usadas y complementa su expresividad.

De una manera similar, los colores usados por Lachapelle en sus fotografias me influyeron mucho al momento de elegir mis paletas de colores para que se genere un contraste muy alto con colores sobre saturados que no tienen una armonía clara entre si, como lo son el azul turquesa/rosa violeta/amarillo anaranjado.

En esta serie de fotografías logré sentirme mucho mas relajado al trabajar con colores porque tuve mucha posibilidad de experimentar con ellos. El juego con las lineas que incluí creo que ayuda mucho en geometrizar lo inusual de las poses corporales y a romper con la imagen que intenta centrarse solo en el modelo. Me ayudó mucho el jugar con visuales distintas y me abrió un mundo muy complejo de fotografías como es el de Moda.

Not sure which one I like the most... I kind of like the off quality of the greens in the original (it has more of a winter quality)...but in the second the vibrancy and hue have helped bring out the warmth of the evening light....mmmmhh still undecided about this one

Proyecto Moda

Estas fotografias son las elegidas para ser parte de una serie que se enfoca en la forma del cuerpo y la prenda que lo forma.

Estoy buscando realizar una conexión clara entre ellas en donde logre asentuar el color.

Azul Rojo Amarillo

Mi concepto se refugia en las poses de Aldridge y la experimentación frenética con colores de Lachapelle. Espero lograr un enfoque visual guiado solamente al contraste del color para resaltar lo “fashion”.
