seeing tiktoks or what have you of people buying a bunch of stuff for an 'emergency kit' in their bag...i have one of those it is a pouch i literally found on the side of the road. i bought basically nothing specifically for it with the exception of a not-necessary stain stick for $5. i don't need a smaller individual container for my advils i just put two of them in a pillcase i happened to have. use a ziploc bag. who care. if it's something you'll need while you're out of the house it's probably already in your house????

Emergency breathing shield in case I have to do mouth to mouth on someone. Nitril gloves, in case they're bleeding. Recharging block and cords for my phone and other devices. Foldable, reusable straw in a plastic holder, coin purse, wallet, chapstick, nail clippers, volunteer lanyard and badge for where I volunteer regularly because if it's anywhere else I will NOT remember to bring it, a couple of pens, a cute little notebook with paper and a couple different types of post it sizes which has been mightily useful in the past for giving my info to others, or getting other's info, loyalty cards, coupons, small deodorizer spray, today's pillcase, small pillcase with pain killers of various types, two types of face mask, shout wipe, eye glasses repair kit, eye glasses cleaning cloth, couple of old wet wipes that can be dampened and used as needed, ear buds, adapter for earbuds, a gift card we won at trivia once a while ago.

Most of these items (except for the gloves and breathing shield) have been used several times in the last month.

@ people who carry bags everywhere what do you put in them what is there to bring other than chapstick, keys, phone and maybe a tampon why are you packing a suitcase to be outside for 5 hours

tactile/olfactory stim toy (i am very easily overwhelmed by strong smells)
