Undici piccole imprese che, aggregandosi, hanno abbracciato tecnologie digitali e innovative per migliorare l’ambiente di lavoro, ridurre l’impatto ambientale e potenziare l’efficienza produttiva attraverso investimenti in attrezzature, consulenza e formazione del personale. Da questo percorso è nato un “vademecum” di buone pratiche, che verrà messo a disposizione di altre imprese per aiutarle ad affrontare l’ormai necessaria sfida della transizione digitale. È il progetto IN.DIGIT.ART di Confartigianato Imprese Bergamo finanziato dalla Camera di Commercio di Bergamo nell’ambito del Bando Voucher Digitali I4.0 anno 2023, che ha ottenuto 86 punti su 100 classificandosi come primo progetto finanziato in graduatoria. Giovedì 11 aprile, alle ore 18.30, nella sede di Confartigianato (Via Torretta 12, Bergamo – Sala B) si terrà l’evento conclusivo del progetto, intitolato: “Innovazione e Aggregazione: il Viaggio di 11 imprese verso un ambiente di lavoro sostenibile”. Dopo i saluti del presidente Giacinto Giambellini, i lavori saranno aperti da Lorenzo Pinetti, vicepresidente vicario con delega all’Internazionalizzazione. Marina Redondi, responsabile tecnico di progetto, presenterà quindi i risultati di IN.DIGIT.ART, a cui seguiranno le testimonianze di buone pratiche per migliorare il lavoro e l’ambiente grazie alla tecnologia e il racconto di esperienze dirette circa le sfide e gli ostacoli superati dalle imprese attraverso l’aggregazione. Partecipando all’iniziativa, le 11 imprese associate hanno dimostrato come anche le micro e piccole realtà siano in grado di aggregarsi e fare rete, contribuendo così alla crescita digitale della propria organizzazione, e aprendo le porte a una nuova era di crescita e competitività. Grazie alla vittoria del bando, le aziende hanno potuto ottenere un contributo del 50% a fondo perduto, mirato a sostenere gli investimenti in consulenza, formazione e tecnologia 4.0. Durante questo percorso sono state anche realizzate videointerviste nelle quali i titolari hanno raccontato la loro storia d’impresa e la loro evoluzione all’interno del progetto, spiegando come hanno visto migliorare la loro azienda sotto il profilo dei processi organizzativi e produttivi. Questo materiale ha dato vita al “vademecum” di buone pratiche che sarà presentato e condiviso durante l’evento conclusivo dell’11 aprile.
