the plain doll is such a wonderful character and i love her so much

she was created in the image of maria but is so fundamentally different, and her dialogue after the player defeats the lady of the astral clocktower shows this is something that weighs on her heavily, even if she doesnt know why. the woman she was modelled after may have been an accomplished hunter and a noble of cainhurst, but she herself is simply a plain doll, unique from maria and all else

she hums to herself, and loves the messengers, and loves every hunter that passes through the dream, praying for their well-being, even if perhaps the latter love is what she was made to experience. she seemingly wasnt meant to cry, as the description of the tear stone indicates, but she sheds tears of joy all the same when gifted the brooch

I love Lies of P to bits, the story and characters are so tragic yet you can still find some endearing moments inbetween saving the city.

So... I drew E(clipse) in the starter fit you wake up in in Lies of P As well as the greatsword of fate jfnfnf

I'm not yet done with the game but I do have SOME grasp on the story. Which is not at all stopping me from taking fnaf characters and shoving them into the roles of lies of P characters fjfnfb I have some story for this planned out :3 not all characters are yet replaced because... there's just too many and I personally have not gotten to them yet while playing

Quick question: which heroes are you going to have in this new Links Meet? Are you going to include non-LU links like the Hero of Spirits or the First Hero?

Hi anon! The Links that show up are more than the ones the story will focus on.

The main cast are: Mask, Tune, Ravio, Oracle, Sol, Twi, Wild/Tarrey (name undecided as of rn), Spirit, Vio and Red.

Then there are the hero "cameos": Fay (Zelda 1 & 2), Blue + Green, Champion and Sky!

I'm still not sure if I want to use the First Hero, but if I do he'll probably be in the second group. I know I dubbed it as a cameo group, but they do have a role in the story. They just don't join the others and stay in their eras/homes.

i'm so obsessed right now with what the dynamic must have been between caleb and essek for the six months between cognouza and now

their interactions had all been with the m9 or with the m9 nearby, and i think being truly alone for the first time would change things a bit. there's nobody to interrupt them in the middle of a moment, but also, there's nobody to interrupt them if things got too overwhelming. no group to fall back to to cool off.

i think there was a lot of tension, at first just awkwardness as they tried to adapt their dynamic to the new circumstances. and nervous tension as they talk and learn more about each other, both afraid of accidentally crossing any unknown boundaries or bringing up a painful topic.

they would exchange spellbooks, nerves firing as they each try to acclimate to this level of intimacy

and it slowly gets easier and more comfortable and the tension transitions into wanting and yearning. the awareness that they both wanted more, and that they were both fucking terrified of that. hearts pounding as their casual touches stop feeling quite so casual. hands lingering longer. there's no reason for them not to go for it, but there's also all the reason in the world. so it goes unspoken, the elephant in the room.

to me this is why he didn't contact essek. things had changed between them in a way that the others would absolutely pick up on. and the m9 aren't exactly subtle. questions would be asked that caleb and essek weren't ready to answer. it was best to keep things between themselves for now.
