Anyone tried Loop Quiet? I've been going crazy over incessant traffic noise all day and night. I use(d) earplugs (Pluggerz) but they're some kind of silicone material that deteriorates and needs replacing more frequently than I'm willing to do.

Apparently Loops dampen around 2dB more than the pluggers plus they have those mute thingies that add 5dB... I'm considering getting them but I've also seen too much Instagram hype to buy them lol. I just need something to block out traffic noises. All the cheap and easy disposable earplugs from the supermarket do not work for me, they wiggle out of my ears (foam plugs, wax plugs, all that) so I'm definitely looking for other kinds.

For me to attain quality sleep, it’s necessary to get rid of unnecessary  noise. Trust me even though right now it is two of us in the house, some  television shows and movies hubby wants to have louder to enjoy them:) well now I can tune out the noise with @yourearsloveus. The idea of these earplugs is that they reduce the volume level of the noise around you while still letting you still hear. You can hear, it's just softer (can I make that a permanent feature?). They're also reusable, which is a major plus for me, as I will be using them often. I got them at Walgreens for $10 but they are also available on drugstore.com in the US for $10. I would avoid paying more than $10-$15 for them.
