So, I did another Artfight thing, specifically PlumeMoth's OC Korshik! I'm a sucker for character designs that remind me of The Dark Crystal and other things in the "fantasy movies with large amounts of puppets" genre, so I kinda had to do a pic of this dude!

They're such a cool design, I have no idea what story they're a part of, but I want to check it out. It looks like they found an interesting biological specimen.

Hopefully they're not too excited to notice said specimen is sapient and very confused as to why this weird not-a-Skeksis has picked him up...

burnt umber: how stable is your muse, mentally and/or emotionally?

He’s pretty unstable, but over time he’s learned to mask it, only showing how unhinged he’s truly become when he’s working. Around people, he’s still aloof and sardonic. But when it comes to David and ‘emotions’ he’s basically an actor - he’s very good at mirroring others and if it helps him get the job gone molding himself into the person he needs to be to get what he wants. To David, emotions are merely optional equipment, like an extra magazine of bullets or a knife.

Kaiba was known for making wild, melodramatic speeches completely unprompted. Of course he loved being invited to do them at colleges, to inspire the next gener-- uh-- his own generation of learners and thinkers! And he got paid for it! Which all went to charity, Kaiba would do stuff like this for free.

Once all was said and done, there wasn’t much for Kaiba to do but stand off to the side of the stage and wait for everyone to leave. Or so he thought. One face in the crowd hadn’t escaped his notice-- or should he say, one mop of turquoise hair. Huh...! So this is where that bug-boy ended up? Color him surprised. “Insector Haga!” He called, just to see how he’d react.

Seto responded, his simple answer gave out how little time he actually spends outside of his office or even home. It was no different from static noise in his ears, then again- Haga’s deck was all about bug creatures.

At least his brother clearly didn’t seem to mind it.

sanguine: does your muse typically have an optimistic, pessimistic, or some middle ground outlook on life?

David is definitely narrow-minded in certain situations, but he’s always looking for the next move, he’s always looking for a loophole or a plan B. He’s very much in the middle. He likes plans and routine so when there is a disruption in that he’s quick to figure out how to fix it even if doesn’t work out, he doesn’t like to give up.

He didn’t intentionally create the Kaibaman card. He just dresses up like that in his spare time for fun, running around his room/lab pretending to be a superhero. Pegasus caught him once, then made it into a card to mock him. He's trying to think of a way he can sue Pegasus for it without his secret becoming public, because Kaibaman is his original OC and he’s super cool, do not steal.
