SDSKJ i wont kill u over that lol I'll try with some facts, some of this is still in progress just letting you knoww Lunar being a Flying/rock type pokemon he does just hover. His face is also like a Minior's where is can rotate separate from the head. He likes Sweets! Bloodmoon being a Midnight Lycanroc can be attributed by the Moon. Also seemingly the only non 'space' type at the moment. Sun's cape is literally the shape of Solgaleo's mane. Eclipse looks like he has tears running but they're cracks from his own fall. Moon's kind of why Lunar is alright now. At least in a physical sense.

Killcode IS from space, and tries to fight everything. A fun little thing about that is Midnight Lycanroc's really like to fight and win. Killcode struggles with form changing a bit. Sun and Moon in this au (incase no one reads my tags lol) would be coexisting in the same universe. Since they're kind of revered they're chilling by the Lake of the Sunne (or the Moone, im still thinkign which area would have which title. but since i mostly own the Pokemon Moon games i could go with Yeah Lake of the Sunne and on poni island theres Altar of the Moone. or i could reverse it. since both are correct.) Anyway, they don't normally get involved with others too often. Haven't fully decided on trainers and stuff but the au grows gradually. I did just add Killcode.

How would Donut Hole go if it was in the pokemer AU instead of regular Hisui? Makes me wonder if it would be funnier if Barry also became a merm or not

last year I drew him as an electric eel on the drawpile (which I'll probably do again at the end of the month)

I think he'd still be an absolute menace, but if anything he'd get worse overtime due to not trusting anyone, and the Social SicknessTM

Welcome to "Mint never knows when or how to stfu about their creative process for lack of a better term so is putting it out into the void for posterity's sake + as an excuse to ramble more about ideas"

Below the cut is how I came up with the Pokémon I made the TADC cast into ! This also includes scrapped ideas I abandoned partway through fgewyuhs

Caine

I considered a lot of different things for Caine oh my godd I ex: Mawhile because that's the "mouth" Pokémon, Magnezone because it's an electric type with googly eyes that floats, etc.

Eventually I thought of a Rotom in the shape of an arcade cabinet resembling a mouth and went with that + Mismagius because it was the only Pokémon with a hat and something resembling a suit that was also floating - I just altered the shape to resemble a ringmaster instead of a witch.

Bubble

Bubble was both easy and hard because I knew he was gonna be a sphere-shaped Pokémon, I just had to narrow down which 1-2. Eventually I decided on Solosis for the similar translucent appearance and Drifloon because the little fluffy thing on its head + its arms I could make resemble his chef "outfit" with the hat and fork/knife. I went back and forth until the very last second on whether or not he should be an Electrode instead for the joke that he'd self destruct repeatedly, but I decided he deserved more complexity than the background NPCs so he kept his fusion rights.

Pomni

Honestly the only thing I got caught up on with Pomni was whether she was going to be a Mime Jr. or a Mr. Mime. Like her body looks more like a Mr Mime's and her hat looks more like a Mime Jr's? Eventually I settled on Mr Mime when I added Phantump into the equation (mainly for the expression ngl) because the downturned branches became her "hat" instead

Gangle

Gangle was the one I 100% knew what she was going to be since the beginning. Like Yamask is too perfect and paired with Sylveon as the ribbon Pokémon and she was good to go. She, Ragatha and Jax were definitely the most straightforward.

Zooble

Zooble started out as a Porygon-Z but then I thought "hey what if they had Porygon 1 and 2 parts as well" and so they became a Porygon amalgamation. Added Golett for the ghost type + something to resemble their chest piece.

Kinger (and Queenie)

Kinger was by far the one I spent the most time deciding on. I knew I wanted something in the Pawniard evolution family for the chess piece element but I couldn't make Kingambit work to save my life. My friend @blueberrysimsam finally convinced me to go with Bisharp because they had the most similar bodytypes so big thanks to him for preventing me from tearing my hair out.

For the "royal" part of the fusion, I thought of making him a Slowking for the goofiness + that shiny Slowbro is purple, but I also knew whatever I was gonna make him, I was going to make Queenie as well, and I liked the idea of them being a Pokémon that looks different depending on if it's M or F. After attempting and failing to make Nidoking/Nidoqueen work and deciding on them all being part ghost types I remembered Jellicent which I thought was perfect for the robes and still retained some of Kinger's silliness even if he didn't resemble his canon design as much as some of the others.

Ragatha

Okay so full disclosure, I was never going to make Ragatha a Banette. No shade at anyone who makes there own Pokémon AU with her as one, I get that it's the official "doll" Pokémon, but I just can't see it. Banette's whole thing is that it only exists as long as it's holding a grudge for being abandoned. Mimikyu just felt more fitting both in personality and aesthetically. Then Gothitelle is the Pokémon that looks like Ragatha the most, but I think it still works considering Psychic types are weak against Bug. It's also make's Ragatha's "but that's not something we need to worry about today!" line funny in the context that Gothitelles can see the heat death of the universe

Jax

Okay so Jax was gonna be part Gengar no matter what rabbit pokemon I fused him with. They make like the exact same face I had to fgeyuwsh. I went with Cinderace because Jax being a Fire type felt fitting and also because its outfit kinda resembles overalls already so I didn't have to change much about that or the body type. Really all I did was add gloves and get rid of the headpiece.

Kaufmo

I considered making him a Poplio but ended up making him a Mime Jr. so that he'd have somewhat of a connection with Pomni. Blacephalon was a bit of a cheat considering it's an Ultra Beast, but hey, I needed a ghost type and it was a taller clown themed Pokémon, so if the shoe fits. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ He's an abstracted MissingNo. now anyway. SPEAKING OF the second I remembered those it was over like it even kind of looks like him with the long neck and all

NPCs

Moon and Sun are a Lunatone and a Solrock for what I assume is an obvious reason. The gloinks are Unowns because both are simplistic shapes with minor variations. I'm thinking of making the Gloink Queen Giratina's origin form because giant worm. Might fuse it with a Mawhile for the double mouth since I didn't end up making Caine one anyway? Then the mannequins are probably just the Substitute Dolls.

Whenever I thought of the Pokem//on AU for Andreagami, I’ve had a lot of trouble determining exactly who they would be.

I’ve decided that they would, most likely, be an asshole rival’s parents. No one in the current games would really fit that mould (idk about S/V DLC though), but that’s who they would be. I doubt either would really be in the forefront of anything. I can see Bya being in a position similar to Lus//amine or Chairman R//ose, but he simply lacks emotional drive to really be evil in any way that’s extreme.

I think they would just live as the rest of the NPCs do: they got their education and got jobs. I can imagine S/I dreamed of being an elite trainer when she was younger, but matured past that and fell into the therapist role like she does in D//GR. She keeps her old team, but rarely battles anymore, just cares for them.

Bya is a different story… I can’t really subtract him from being an organisation head (as that’s literally who he is), but I think it would be more like Dev//on Corp (?? The one that Steven’s dad runs) and his company is a producer of some gameplay-required technology in the game (e.g. the pory//gon phone).

Maybe the evil team would hack the technology of the company at one point to further their goals which kind of drags both S/I and Bya into the main story to help the protagonist and their child (who belligerently helps). I can imagine some goofy dialogue there.

If oofuri characters were in a pokemon au, what pokemon do you think they would have, or what pokem on do you think they would generally like?

Mihashi, sakaeguchi, and daichi would probably like the cuter pokemon like snorlax and idk togepi and what not

If abe were to be a pokemon trainer (though we all agree that boy thinks about nothing other than baseball LOL) he'd probably try to get the legendary pokemon on whichever game version idk how it works in terms of how many legendaries there are. Just absolutely grinding to get the strongest guy.

Other favorites for abe, Yoshida, hanai, and junta would probably be gengar, garchomp, etc. Strong and less cutesy pokemon

For some reason I just feel like tajima would really like charizard

So Zacian and Zamazenta are the famed heroes that saved Galar and in the legend those heroes were eventually crowned. I get that. But I dont think these two pokem were making laws and living in a castle. Hammerlocke used to be the the 'capital' of Galar at some point. And if Sordward and Shieldbert can lay any claim to being descendants of royalty, (that is if you took anything they claimed as serious. But for the hell of it let's say sure, they are.) That would mean there would be some some sort of traceable lineage. There was ,at some point, a royal family.

If Galar started off with two kings, then in theory that would mean two possible royal lines.

My personal headcanon is that Zacian and Zamazenta did save Galar, but the two youths in the tapestries were based on real people that the pokemon appointed as kings, after helping the pokemon stop the darkest day. Much like Hop and the Player do in game. Sordward and Shieldbert are descendant from the blonde king. But the lineage of the black haired one has been lost to time. And maybe the player is that kings heir. Idk, just a fun thought/au.

modern au hc #2:

                    jonathan does not care about most trends. things like pokem*n go, fidget spinners,                        pumpkin spice. he couldn’t give a damn about that stuff, and especially hates                                pumpkin spice anything. the trends he follows are more on the online world, like                            getting the newest drone, getting the best shots etc. but nothing super materialistic                        like most of todays youth.

Making a mer height chart for myself for both mer aus because I had to say the HK mers were larger than the Pokemers and the Pokemers aren’t small by any means

so I have to increase the HK mers sizes now whoops-
