aaand there’s Hildebrand getting conned by Raublut. sigh. seems he’s cursed to go down the Wilfred route… wow he even left the door unlocked to the Farthest Hall 🤦‍♀️ he got played like a fiddle

oooh Anastasius POV. interesting to see his side of the fighting. not a whole lot of new information, but we did get to see some of the background on how the castle and villas were being defended. love that Anastasius had a “why am i even a royal” moment lol. the gremlin has that effect 😂

My favourite thing about this is that prior to this ahem. Declaration. Rozemyne has tried to convince Hannelore she is not in love with Ferdinand, even if he is 'the ideal political partner,' (yes, she did actually say that-) then had a conversation with the man himself about how to prevent their theoretical marriage from being forced on him,

And then she goes and says this-
